If I could have one injured player back for Hull, it would be Dolan. The drop off in form since he got injured isn't a coincidence, Rovers and in particular Szmodics, are missing him massively. -

Why does he play Brittain in that introverted full back position -

I always say young Adam walks like one of those long distance walkers in the Olympics, it's all in the hips. -

This is where the inconsistency lies, if Pears makes the same blunders, you're all over it. We've gone from Pears being ridiculously blamed for the goals at Rotherham, to your comment above, it's mental honestly. Let's have at least a bit of consistency. -
I haven't missed a home game since the Doncaster game in league 1 due to holiday commitments. That includes every home cup tie. I'm seriously considering giving this one a miss, maybe the club could highlight paying on line without alienating people, such as me, who normally pay cash. Would it be so difficult???? I also haven't bought one thing on the concourse since it all went cashless. Please think again Mr Waggott, stop alienating people and leave the gimmicks to that egotistical prick at Forest Green.

I don't know any way you could look at the first goal and come to the conclusion that the keeper isn't at fault. -

So many injuries to such a young squad, but there's no doubt that the sudden dip over the last few games has been as a result of Dolan getting injured, the zip has gone and we're looking weary. Thankfully it's a full week off before another game of small margins on Saturday,3 points would make a big difference to the league table. -

He did well overall, but their first goal was pathetic from a keeper's point of view. Really poor to concede like that just before half time. -

We should have been going in 0 0 at half time, pathetic from the corner. Won't be disappointed if we don't see Brittain again this side of Easter, give one of the kids a chance, absolutely pathetic. At least he's out next week. We're obviously feeling the strain, but it's hardly a level playing field when you look at the squads we're up against, even if we were at full strength. Dust off and go again in front of hopefully a decent gate. Come on Everton. -

When he finally gave us a free kick and the crowd all cheered, the linesman on the JW side was laughing his head off as he ran back to the half way line. -

About 30 seconds before Siggurdson's name appeared on the board, we were saying how much he'd put into the game. Last week on here I doubted his attitude, tonight he covered as much ground as anyone, he made recovery runs from first minute to the last, and scored a great goal. He may or may not have been man of the match, but he certainly answered some questions. -

Getting some stick Moran, he had an off night but he never ever hides, he kept making the runs and wanting the ball, he's a good player and we're a better team with him in it. Tronstad excellent although he nearly cost us at the death, and Wahlstedt now looks like he belongs, the save with his chest at the back post late on was Schmeichel esque. Difficult to be critical of anyone tonight when we've won with 9 of our own in the squad. It was a night to just get the 3 points and that's what they did. Brilliant result under the circumstances. -

Yeah, could do with a win just to keep the scoreboard ticking over and keep us in touch. Difficult with so many injuries, but maybe the starting 11 needs freshening up a touch, if only for the first hour or so. -

Spence was an eye opener, Gnonto before him was the real example of the gulf between the two teams. Looked it up, Gruev also cost £6 million apparently. -

I'm really wondering if Siggurdson is up for the fight. There was great/hopeful expectation on here when he was making his way to fitness. He now can't even get in the starting line up with a full team missing. On his last start, Markanday had a hand in both goals first half against QPR, then strangely got the hook at half time. With the squad as it is, I'd like to see him at least given a chance. It seems a bit premature for some to be writing him off. -

Said at half time, it's like an FA cup game and we've been drawn at home against a Premier league team. Good effort today, some good football but if you don't shoot you don't score. It's time for Markanday to get a run in place of Brittain in my opinion,he offers little if anything going forward. As someone said earlier, 2 points off the play offs at this stage, considering the circumstances is a cracking effort. -

That game perfectly highlighted how pivotal Dolan has been in our run of away games. Without him we just don't have that buzz. -

Thinking back to when Sigurdsson was on his way to fitness and the hopes being pinned on him, who would have believed that he wouldn't get in the starting 11 with 10 injuries? What has happened? -
I always say I'll bet nobody messes with JRC in training. Probably the last dirty, nasty shit house was Lucas Neil, and I say that with the greatest respect cos I did like him.
-
Main difference, I think, is that last season lesser teams sat back and hoped to cling on for a draw. This season, every team they've played has better players and managers, and have expected to take the 3 points.

Mission accomplished ☺️
