  1. He's not a striker, more a winger
  2. ITK badge in the postπŸ˜‰
  3. 16 mins ago he published that. It was speculated on here an hour ago. That's hilarious
  4. I think that's Frank Butcher in the glasses!
  5. it's already been posted @Tugayisgod. Rev would be proud of the length of that post!
  6. He did a lot better than Lampard which I think is the point....just as Mowbray did better than Coyle at a club that was a mess.
  7. Smods is apparently due back at the weekend. He'll probably score and prove me wrong.
  8. fact or a guess? and why him if it is a guess?
  9. I think he's a poor footballer at this level, who at Β£2m cost a lot more than he should have. P'boro were going to send him on loan to Oxford 6 months before he joined us cos he couldn't get in their L1 team. I bet they can't believe their luck. He's not a patch on Dack.
  10. Let the guessing games begin!
  11. Rovers transfer budgets are agreed in the summer for the full year, so all there is left is what's not been spent in the summer. They've had to swallow their pride and send Hirst back because he was taking up a big chunk of wages. I bet they wish they could do it with Szmodics. So, yeah, there probably isn't much left. Although in fairness, we were one of the biggest net spenders in the division this summer. Compared to most clubs in the division who don't have parachute payments, managers at Rovers are well supported financially.
  12. The article is speculating JDT was watching Bishop not Curtis. As a fellow man of the cloth you should know that.
  13. Could be a good signing. He's a traditional number 9 who scores goals. He'd add some physical presence up front that everyone has been crying out for. Not all League 1 signings are Hirst, some are Dack.
  14. Interesting we're being linked with an ex-Stanley man who prior to joining them spent most of his career in non-league. I'm sure that's a signing that will be warmly welcomed on here 😁
  15. Shite. They are one of the most successful clubs in the country.
  16. Archer is an out and out striker/poacher. Gelhardt, from the bits I've seen, is more yer Markanday type.
  17. self praise is no praise. πŸ˜‰
  18. Why? It's entirely plausible given that the club moves at glacial speed when it comes to transfers. I'm pretty sure they've got a lot of players lined up. The only thing that isn't a surprise is that they can't get them over the line.
  19. Someone who knows someone told me Mbappe is happening, but only if Bayern Munich move for Gally. One in, one out.
  20. I suppose young player will be in and out of the team depending on form/confidence etc.
