Good post. We lack creativity and as you say most of our threat comes from counter attacks. Heckingbottom mentioned after the PNE game how are the best in the division at it. QPR will just be happy with point one assumes. They’ve had no real threat with 11 on the pitch. It will be interesting to see what changes he makes. Eustace is by nature quite cautious in his choices.

There’s both seen as No9s it would appear so Eustace doesn’t think they can play together effectively. So it’s one or t’other, and I’d prefer a striker who can put the ball in the net.

He doesn’t give goals, which Yuki does.

I don’t think Yuki is seen as effective as a No10 and he’s been very effective as a striker, especially at Ewood. No surprise he’s got the nod over someone who hasn’t scored in the league.

Carter can be quite effective going forward. Pleased Weimann is playing, he’s a genuine goal threat. Dolan is due a good game after his no-show at Preston. I’ve given up on Hedges as an attacking threat so hopefully I’ve reverse jinxed him!

He’s very pragmatic is Eustace. His first thought is ‘clean sheet’ and I’m all for it.
