  1. That particular game will be up next season if ST sales are as bad as expected. Club will be issuing 5k complimentary's to invisible fans every game in order to announce a crowd to India.
  2. From what iv'e seen of Sheff Weds they always give it a go but same as last season they just aren't very good. Nobody has to be very good to beat us under this coach with this depleted now rudderless depressed looking squad.
  3. He has nowhere to hide now i just hope enough exposure gets around to enough fans to realise this harmless bumbling 'Owners Conduit' act has always been a load of bull shit and he is just another installed clueless puppet who now tries to run the club as he wants it. Shebby was right on track to do this very thing until he got derailed, god rest his soul. We've ended up with the penny watching message boy running the whole thing it's no wonder it's a consistent mess.
  4. What gives it credence is that some of it has been floating around in the background a while but when we were doing ok the lid was kept on it. Nixon the font of all things bad at Rovers reported there was a power struggle behind the scenes ages ago when Park was leaving and he wouldn't have done that unless prompted from inside the little Ewood/Agency circle. Assumption became that is was between Park and Eustace or his recruitment men but the hard money was always on the Swaghail/Rudy triangle being disunited. If you instal someone in a Head of Football or DoF role you have to let them do the job but as with Gregg Broughton it's never the case at Ewood, mainly because the people they install in that role aren't up to it so they kick off when they don't get their own way. Looks as if Rudy & Suhail got their way with forcing Eustace out, getting the compen then bringing in Rudy's man but now buyers remorse has kicked in but no one will take the blame.
  5. Never thought for one min this fella was a Waggot pick he clearly prefers the steady Eddie approach but he ruins it by not going out on a limb to back them. He clearly never really fancied JDT and probably had Eustace primed for quite a while but let him down although for all we know he was advising him to go because of everything else going on.
  6. It's obvious at Ewood and has been all along under this regime that if you get a foot in the door, kiss the right arses you'll quickly climb the pole. You'll be rewarded way above your station if you are loyal to certain people and toe the line without ever rocking the boat. In the grand scheme of things your actual qualifications or ability to do the job you're given diligently matters less than you being loyal and cheap.
  7. It's only Blackburn Rovers fans in the entire football pyramid that aren't allowed to moan or protest. The usual response is 'You won the Prem be thankful' or 'The owners invested 300 million so be grateful'. For that we have to endure death by a thousand cuts for eternity and sit down and shut up.
  8. Like i mentioned on another thread the difference between listening to a podcast with the Plymouth CEO and ours is like night and day. All these pillocks here do is shield the ownership and protect their own backsides and if it costs another thousand fans then so be it. Hit 4 mill income, their wages, jobs and perks sorted for another year, that's how they roll.
  9. Something i noticed recently was a lot more fans of other clubs chipping in with anti Venky comments rather than the usual derogatory ones against Rovers. Derby, Chelsea, Everton, Stoke and even the odd dingle & knobber saying i love this but wouldn't want them anywhere near running my club.
  10. That makes very little difference to be honest.
  11. He did say their owners guarantee to put in the max over every FFP cycle to guarantee they remain competitive and transfer sale money is always to be re-invested. Like here though the middle of the club is full of idiots and parasites which means they never progress. We don't even operate that model now and Suhail admitted as much, from benefactor model to selling to survive model. There's only so long you can get away with that and it'll only ever decimate the ST base even further. Their future thinking very much appears to be we'll fleece the 9k as much as we possibly can. They are our real fans and they'll keep coming back whatever. Idiots.
  12. I'll be amazed if there is more than 8500 home fans turn up for this after the other night. Not sure how they'll dress that one up, 'No Madame there is no problem with the fans it's just the usual noisy minority'
  13. These idiots won't exercise it if he wins a game or two. We'll end up struggling like feck by next October after another chaotic summer but they'll be unable to pot him because of the pay off. I wouldn't be surprised if they thought after the last two we'll hire this fella, give him a long contract then at some point a foreign club will step in and pay us for him. They've got the taste for head coach trading and compensation now, longer contract = more compen, they are that stupid.
  14. Speaking to a Stoke fan yesterday he tells me they've frozen ST prices for 15 years and offer free away travel in order to keep fed up fans off the ownership's back. 15 years sounds a bit of a stretch but fair play if true.
  15. Perhaps just perhaps there really is a 3 month clause and hes already just seeing that out knowing it'll be over soon. Certainly looks like it.
  16. Sometimes the two are mutually exclusive even King Kenny, Mark Hughes and Tony Mowbray offered a rant or two now and again. As did JDT in his first season hell even Gaz waved his arms occasionally but this fella seems detached from the whole thing like he's in a trance or something.
  17. The players are looking for organisation and inspiration but appear to be getting neither, those were exactly the things Eustace and his crew brought. Yes we were out of steam before he left but he'd have started grinding results again it's guaranteed. I genuinely would not be surprised if we don't win one game again now.
  18. Just imagine if you were an agent/agency who came in and said 'you buy the club, agree to keep the lights on and get the advertising and door opening from it. Whilst we in turn will run it and deal with all player/director/coaching staff and manager trading then take our commission etc on that as our fees. Things would be looking quite rosy for the middlemen by now after nearly 15 years.
  19. It's actually been pointed out it averages out at nearer 15 million a season. In terms of transfer money spent and received it's probably not far off balancing out, so this theory that they've 'invested' 20 million every season is just that... a theory.
  20. 'Ste Kean' Tells us all we need to know about that post.
  21. Remember though it's only a tiny minority who are making a bit of noise. The lengths that these people will go to in order to protect their cosy little gravy train knows no bounds, just imagine what they tell the owners. Only reason they are rattled and panicking is because they are terrified of that coming to an end and very little to do with another season completely imploding and the shambles on the pitch.
  22. Then get rid there is no excuses bollocks to upsetting Gestede he can do one as well it seems a bit of a coincidence that things have gone backwards since he suddenly went from tea boy to head of football operations. I just don't believe this guy will mould a team in summer and be better next season there is absolutely nothing we've seen nor nothing in his past to suggest he will either. It';s what they seem to be banking on and will see that as face saving but if the object again next season is just stay up this is 100% the wrong guy, he's flopped everywhere else for a reason. That's before we consider the summer budget will be used tea bags and copper coins.
  23. No good panning the players however dismal they might be, aim it at the real constantly recurring problem upstairs and in India. The loss of Eustace rattled them and we'd already lost form but it's clear they've never bought into the guy nor understand his tactics.
  24. When you are looking at a starting line up containing Buckley, Hedges and JRC we've no right to expect anything. Not one of those would start in a team outside the bottom 3 yet all 3 are what will be considered key players next season.
