  1. Bristol 2 down now to Millwall. If we get a result tomorrow we have nothing to fear..
  2. It was abandoned in Spain etc far before it was here, we were very late to the party. It's pretty much impossible to play 4-4-2 anymore because of how other teams set up, you'd just get overrun in midfield. Ironically we do have a few players far more suited to a 4-4-2, namely Gallagher and Chapman.
  3. Just catching up on the highlights of the rest of yesterday's games and noticed Wigan shipped yet another late goal with Charlie at the heart of the defence.... I like the guy but I felt a lot more confident we'd see the game out yesterday than I used to.
  4. They were awful to be fair, I'd go as far as to say the worst team we've had at Ewood all season. Not sure what the granny shagger is going to do to change that but we'll see.
  5. Whilst he does deserve some credit, hes literally only done what we as fans have been crying out for to be fair! Alas we were right. The main reason for people wanting him out was his needless tinkering and playing players out of position. Alright some people may also question his transfer activities but he's also signed a few belters along the way.
  6. For whatever reason they aren't particularly good at home, and have lost literally half of their games yet they're unbeaten away. Yesterday was a pivotal game but likewise this probably more so, nick a win and people are definitely gonna sit up and notice us as real challengers for that top 6. I think we can do this, 1 nil rovers then a massive game at Bristol to follow. Hopefully the same team again and hopefully no injuries on Wednesday because we are walking a bit of a tightrope in that respect.
  7. I'm exactly the same he is literally outstanding, best defender at Ewood in many, many years. At one point yesterday someone played it back to Walton and he was signalling telling him to keep it on the floor, he didn't and hoofed it and he looked distraught Haha. This boy will 100% be playing premiership football next season if City have a rep tracking his performances for us.
  8. He is a class act and I'd say to buy around 5-6 million. They won't sell if they have any sense mind
  9. Photoshop it and out a number against each and I'll help ya
  10. Apparently rovers are on the train with the fans , Sam Gallagher absolutely ecstatic and saying sorry if he's not been quite meeting expectations yet
  11. Not sure about vokes but that's exactly the problem with ince, he thinks he's better than he is, not a player you want in a scrap. I'd rather you play for us than Powell, prick, with a prick attitude
  12. I'd take Butland out that lot it even he had made ridiculous errors this season. They have major problems
  13. That goal wasnt all waltons fault. He wasnt amazing but there was also shirkers at the front post. Aside from that he had a good game, let's concentrate on positives people.
  14. I'm calling it now, Tosin Adarabioyo will be in and around the City first team next season. He absolutely oozes class and could probably improve their defence as it stands to be honest. One of Tony's best signings for sure, shame it's not permanent!
  15. Another result in itself this.
  16. Now would be a good time to get back in your box and stfu
  17. Charlton got tubbed at home as well earlier, albeit with a fair old injury list. We didn't deserve to lose either game tbf despite playing shite.
  18. Wouldn't be surprised if Rothwell is a bit under the weather like half the UK, surely he can't be THAT unfit to struggle to see 45 minutes out
  19. Biggest issue with Gallagher is TM trying to mould him into something he's not. Sometimes doing that works out, other times it doesn't, such is life. Replacing DG was always going to be hard but targeting players with a similar style of play would have been a better bet. If Everton are going to keep wasting Cenk Tosin then he's more than welcome to come here in loan in January and fire us up the league. I wish.
  20. Highly doubtful we will see the same team as Wednesday, if Nyambe had a tight hamstring it would be stupid to risk him anyway. Regardless of the team though the game will be nothing like Wednesday's either, Stoke will set up completely different to Brentford. Such an important game really, another win and we're in a good place going into December. A loss and Wednesday will be instantly wiped from the memory and depression will kick in again. They have 2 paltry wins at home this season, the same as we have away. Head says 1-1. Heart says we will nick it 2-1
  21. Well I hope I don't get the second part right.... It'll be interesting to hear his comments on Bennetts omission tonight, I hope he doesn't say he was a bit unwell or something and it was a genuine move to strengthen the team. The sitter Rothwell missed could have proven costly bit thankfully didn't. Hats off to Evan's, I expect a lot of moans pre match were aimed at him but he got stuck in and did the job in hand. However you dress it up, great result against the form team in the league. Tonight's hard work could so easily be undone on Saturday, let's hope the team is the same or at least very similar.
  22. I do worry what he's going to say at half time here ?
  23. Pretty sure we will win this one, despite the fact Brentford have scored 3 goals in each of their last 3 away games ? 2-1 Rovers. We'll then go on to lose 8 in a row or something equally as daft.
  24. Yeah they do that every game at Stanley. Fair play on tubbing that shit shower from down the road too ?
