Burnley pub renamed after Sean Dyche
SIMON GARNERS 194 replied to Rogerb's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
To be brutally honest the first post sums up many feelings for a lot of us regarding the state of football atm. -
Memories of Santa Cruz debut in a pre season friendly under Hughes, a very smart Black and Red halved away top and a five thousand strong Rovers following!

Hope he makes a full recovery. -
I wonder if they have even thought about it yet...but we're having a firework display.
-
TM is simply exceeding expectations,we can't ask for any more.
-
What about someone from the fans forum inviting Waggott to join up to this very message board and openly engage with ideas put forward? You sound like you might be struggling for ideas....the door of BRFCS.COM is open.

Just 4,yes that's FOUR arrests in a near 21,000 crowd and the LET decide it's worthy of news....more arrested on a night out around town!
-
You would think the club would be all over this idea with the team doing well and interest increasing....don't hold your breath!

Matters are very encouraging...TM surpassing expectations and doing a great job. There appears a hell of a lot of fight and spirit within this team, the Club seems revitalized. It's the best it's been in some ten long and painful years. If the unspeakable ones can back Mowbray in January then who knows. I am enthused again and seriously looking at buying a half season ticket.

There is no 'I' in we. The point being made that he clearly contradicts himself. -

This is the woman who insists on being addressed as 'Madame' I bet Waggot and TM must be on all fours when entering the room in her presence! -

According to Mr Waggot all the fans and media are asking when Venkys will return? Really, well I never!! Also this absolute pearler.... "I'm building a trust and on the way I'm building up the company on a very stable level." And then.... "It’s not about individuals, it’s about Blackburn Rovers Football Club" OH FFS! -
Ewood Virtual Tour
SIMON GARNERS 194 replied to JHRover's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
The famous old Ewood Boardroom in the Nuttal St Stand was famous for its half time spreads on matchday.Designed by the prolific Architect Archibald Leitch the room was painstaking taken down piece by piece and rebuilt in the BBE.Without doubt done on the orders of JW with the finest care and attention to history...Kudos to all involved. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archibald_Leitch -
Our average home gate hit its lowest ever point mid 80's at around 5,000. That aside,Ewood was probably a better atmosphere back then!

’Does the club have a historical big support? I dont know' What a truly incredulous statement to come out with.If you were in any doubt as to Mr Waggot being nothing more than a Bean counter then refer to said comment. Out of touch with the fans and area.

Nothing has changed for me. Until we are returned to the healthy state we were in when the Raos purchased us,Premierleauge club with sustainable levels of debt, their name and presence will remain an anathema to me and many more no doubt.
