  1. Confirmed on official site.......What more can our club do? RESPOND PEOPLE OF BLACKBURN
  2. A certain Dave H I do believe.
  3. If its £15 Roverite I cant see why a gate similar to salzburg cant be reached...they will also bring more fans too! Infact both home games should see crowds appproaching 20k.
  4. Lets hope they repay the goodwill of our club in the return fixture at the breezeblock
  5. could get 4000 tickets if they want them Memories of Celtic away come flooding back!!!
  6. Would have loved to have gone to this but work dictates otherwise.....very envious of you all!! Just like the Krackow thread, for any Feyenoord fans reading this our club does not have a hooligan problem and our fans have a good reputation abroad....Enjoy!
  7. Not made the greatest of starts but we are 'warming' to him **cough.cough** But we do have 'Bert' (Brett Emerton) Do you think the Rovers game will attract a large crowd to your stadium?
  8. Great group for Rovers....the words 'NO FEAR' come to mind!!! Welcome to THE greatest town club in England foreign fans
  9. The sad matter of fact is that many in the town no longer share the much missed Jack Walkers vision for our club...to be a successful,SELF-FINANCING club filling its ground every other week.Jack didn't have to invest a fortune in Rovers,he could easily have bought Utd at the time. Wheres the loyalty and payback from the missing fans in memory of Jack and what we have today....do people really apprechiate how damn lucky we are at Blackburn and how other clubs would kill for an once of what we have experienced this last decade or so at Ewood? Its been said so many times and it continues to run so true..... USE IT OR LOSE IT. Its up to the people of Blackburn now to keep his lagacy alive... 16,000 is such a poor return.
  10. I think the season ticket no's are closer to 12k Stu, but then again does anyone really know?
  11. 22k Everton, 19k Chelsea, 18k Citeh, 17 k Wigan. Christ almighty, is there another club where as the team and results get better the attendances fall!
  12. Ok den a limited number of tickets were available in the Riverside outer for £15 and yes, we cant even flog them. The vast majority of tickets today were in the £30 bracket........ DOUBLE that v Salzburg. Totally agree, and thats why I hope to god we keep the European games down to a minimum price ,success could have a downside for us crowd wise too.....how many clubs could 'boast' that I think we're ALL searching for excuses to be honest as at the end of the day this team, despite the good vocal backing it receives, deserves a bigger audience....its a real shame.
  13. Its as clear as daylight den that the current pricing is killing our support, there were big gaps in the BBE lower.
  14. 7,000+ walk ons v Salzburg DMF for a night match......where there even half that number today?
  15. After 4 home games to date,of which 3 were against local North West opposition, I'm afraid to say that this seasons pricing policy of A+ and A games has been an absolute disaster.....todays attendance v Wigan is some 2,500 down on last season even though we are playing some great football!!!! More Rovers fans were in attendance v Salzburg(£15) than any of the above league games...if that does not tell Rovers board something it never will.
  16. 2.5 million for Benni........you've pulled another gem out of the hat Mark Hughes!
  17. What a second half performance!.......wigan were hammered big time, well done Jason Brown, you made your mark today fella. WHAT A FANTASTIC WEEK. 17,000 home fans.......your missing some great football at Ewood folks.
  18. Capacity of those three stands is roughly 22,500...more than enough at present for our support.
  19. Rovers despite being slightly jaded but still on a high will come good. 2-0 Nonda, Gamst. Att: 18,700
  20. Lets hope Rovers keep the same pricing policy for the other European games...7,000+ 'walk-ons' was a fair response.I have a feeling though that if we pull a real name like Ajax or Rangers it could well be normal matchday costs, then again,I'd be more than happy to pay top whack to see those clubs at Ewood.
  21. Thats a depressing thought gumboots, these kids are the future of the club, but I'm sure that for every Utd or Liverpool shirt there'll be 10 blue 'n' white ones.......20 years ago it was the other way round.
  22. Still on a high....the possibility of a Rovers playing some of the big European sides like Ajax is a truly mouthwatering prospect indeed.
  23. Are there any channels showing highlights tonight?
  24. IBROX............PLEASE!!!!!!
