There are numerous reasons: Price of Tickets in a relatively poor area,shit Football with a poor Matchday Atmosphere,massive frustration with the mismanagement and decline of the Club over fourteen long years etc,etc. If other similar Clubs in the area had been through what we have endured these last fourteen seasons I doubt they would have much better sales.
