    The Academy is literally the only reason we still have a football club. The graduates have plastered over 13+ years of horrendous recruitment.

    Yep, they were very poor. A clear change in style for us - much less gung-ho going forward and much more direct with our play. We'll see if it pays off in the long run against better sides.

    I'm a big JDT fan, but he clearly threw his toys out of the pram for the QPR match. 3 CBs would have at least got us a point there. The new CB has been fantastic today.
