    There was only one result on the cards when we had 11 men. Sadly we're powerless to do anything about it. At least Brentford aren't going up this year - hate everything they stand for.

    I'm confused about your point then. We have 4 CBs who have the quality to start in this division. We have a myriad of options in the U23s that could be a 'backup'.

    Wharton's injury hurts us more. Assuming that's a bad one we're stuffed for the next 3 games.

    No team at this level can afford to carry 5 starting CBs. Two injuries and a red card is just unlucky. Or poor training.

    No real difference between playing JRC there. A ball player at FB who can't really defend.

    Nothing alike - Gallagher had man beaten. Ran across him and the bloke tripped him. Toney just waited for any sort of contact and threw himself to the ground. It's a yellow card for diving.

    Laughing at their CB dumping Gallagher into the stands: "Good old fashioned shoulder charge". How was that any different to the penalty?

    Unfortunately you're not allowed to defend in the modern game. If the attacking player throws themselves to the ground at any contact, how do you counter that?

    Refs been looking to ruin the game from the first minute. Mission accomplished. Brentford are a shadow of the team they were last season, which brings a smile to my face.
