Season tickets are a tough enough sell anyway for next season with the new TV deal kicking in and 5 championship games moving for TV every weekend.
Add in the price, which let's be honest isn't going down, the terrible home record, venkys nonsense, a good portion of fans getting sick of JDT etc etc and we could be looking at less than 7k again.

I imagine it will be the same dull line up with Moran and Sigursson out wide.
Never thought I would say it, and it's a damming indication of where we are but I would actually like to see Gallagher back on the right hand side with Semir up top.
At least he can get up and down the pitch and is a bit of a presence out there. Ideally it wouldn't happen, but if the alternatives are Moran and Markandey then I would go for it.

I wonder if something is in negotiations with one or two of our players, for JDT to keep repeating "I can't imagine the club will make the squad weaker before anyone comes in" just doesn't sit well with me, like he knows damn well that's what's going to happen and he's calling them out on it again.
Let's be honest JDT has shown he doesn't give a shit about upsetting anyone higher than him with his constant swipes at Waggott and I think it's great.

Wow, really ? are things turning that sour ? ...hopefully we turn up and make a good day of it.. the fans will turn up for sure just hope our players do
It's just our usual early cup match attendance. Coupled with the fact it's a Monday night on TV against a 4th division side and it's more expensive than it was in the last round against a 3rd division side and you have a very low home turn out.
Crowds are dwindling though, as you would know only getting 3k or so before deadpool arrived.

Wrexham sold just over 6000 up to now ..massive that
You could potentially have two thirds of the crowd that night.

It's not like Rovers to make things difficult for the match going fan 🤔

It wasn’t in the minutes, but when he said ‘any questions about the Liverpool legends evening?’
I did say ‘why’s it not at Anfield?’.
Seriously though, a few members get stuck in (including myself), I don’t think it’s quite in the remit of the FF to put it across like we would on here.
That’s not to say he gets away easy, it’s impossible to condense everything from a sometimes 2 and a half hour meeting into minutes that need to succinct and to the point.Best of it is, there's a Shearer night next month, and a Rovers legends night later in the year, at King Georges Hall.
Why couldn't these have been at Ewood?

Elliot saying reporting on the threat of a winding order would be sensationalist as the information has been readily available for 9 months.
This is what we're up against.

We had a proper keeper, but we sold him.
That's why signing a proper keeper needed to be the number one target.
The one position on the pitch you can't mess about with or gamble on a development player is your keeper.

I wonder how we’d be looking had we got a proper forward in last summer. Interestingly I’m not sure it would have made a huge difference as our goals for figures don’t seem to be the issue.
A proper GK would have been much more important.

I see Waggot and Fraser Read have acknowledged (to some extent) they got it wrong on ST and looking at them coming down, also stating they viewed Watford as a success but took less money than normal. I find that hard to believe to be honest given the numbers that were there.
I imagine they have to throw that comment in there as a way of justifying to themselves the current prices.

Nicely tucked away in an article.
There was a day where a day or so after the news broke the LET would have run it across the front of the paper "ROVERS THREATENED WITH WINDING UP ORDER"
Not now though, clearly can't be upsetting someone.
There will be loads, especially older generation that still pick up the LET and won't have any clue to any of this going on, as i doubt that Elliot article will make it in there, and even if it did it's just a passing comment.

Surely the end is near
Nowhere near I would imagine.
We'll limp on like this until the Indian Government tell them they won't sanction the cash, and that I feel could be years away yet.

If we lose this weekend, it will organically go off i think
Unfortunately it will be more at JDT than the owners though I feel.

I reckon if we lose to Huddersfield the wheels have definitely come off and we will go down
Even if we lose, I can't see Sheff Wed or QPR winning there games this weekend.
The 10pt cushion I think could last a good while yet.

We know any cash from £1m or so won't be reinvested, at best we get another 19-22 year old loan who has anything form 10-30 professional games under his belt.
Seeing as we are sleepwalking into a relegation battle I think I would rather keep our most experienced striker for the season, despite him not being great.

The keeper whichever plays will give them a goal, and we will concede at least one header from a set piece/long throw.
Anything after that who knows?
Having to score 3 or 4 a week to win can't keep on continuing but i imagine it will.

Presumably because April was pre one of their Indian court hearings, so no cash flow? But then again wasn’t it July we were told all this palava started?
But in the here and now as long as they keep getting the green light every 3 months from the court this ridiculous state of affairs will continue and any winding up petitions etc will be batted away?
This was my first thought.
We're nowhere near the end game with Venkys if they can continue to do this every 3 months.
Now the court accepted the first one I don't see how or why they will reject further applications.
No sunrise on the horizon folks.

No that's true.
Shame as the extra coverage that Wrexham get it would be an ideal game to do that sort of thing.

Wharton, Sigurdsson and Szmodics do. Just need a striker who does
So 3 our of a squad of 20 or so.
That along with results tells me that the playing style isn't working.

I imagine the Reading owner was sat in the stand.
Remember Rovers fans on the pitch exactly like this, shouting FOX OUT in front of the Nuttall Street Srand.
Of course he was present and there was someone to hurl the frustration at.
Oh if we knew then what we know now.
Whilst our owners are completely absent, there is nowhere to direct such action.
It would have to be a televised game abandoned to create even a ripple of attention with these cun7s.
Wrexham game is the one.
-
One time I do agree with Philipl.
10pts will be enough to see us through and we will pick up the odd result along the way to help it.
The sides in the bottom 3 won't all of a sudden start to win every week.

Heard it over in the Riverside, few in the row in front couldn't believe what they were hearing "venkys out?! where has that come from?! Without them we would be bankrupt". I preceding to talk loudly to mate next to me about the issues with them hopefully they got the jist of it. The rest around me completely no sold it either way.
