I have no idea why uneasy at all.. Hes a great talent and IMO we only get better just like Dack and Armstrong. Mowbray builting a very good team which is British apart from 2 people. Great team spirit and we are going places under Mowbray. Great feeling and buzz around the club.

Yes Jim, but has we have proven already we can play without Graham starting like Armstrong up front at Hull. And with Brereton who can play up front aswell. We have to adapt and play a different way like into feet and down the channels. But we do need Graham to be replace by the end of the season. I would expect so. Wouldn't surprise if we get an announcement around 5pm or just before the game tonight Why is Reed an unnecessary midfielder? why does it put another question mark over the signing?

We got Brereton in the bag so the Striker one in the bag. Would like a centre defender and pacey winger in before the deadline but if we dont it wouldnt bother me tbh. We have a big enough squad. Would like to see Travis, Tomlinson and Nuttall go out on loan. Caddis and Hart to leave the club

Havent I already explaining my reasons why we should big on him. Would I want that sort of money spent on Grabban or Martin? No I wouldnt. Wages wouldnt fit into our structure. But someone like Brereton or Armstrong wont be on daft wages and fit into our squad and wages wise. Plus going forward we have a good squad with lots of young players mix in with a few experiences players. Exciting times going forward

I look at what Mowbray is saying and suggesting then work off that. Maybe Mowbray wants Chapman and he is his 1st choice but he is willing to wait to he is available in the summer. I don't know or maybe another target isn't available or price unrealistic I felt Downing was fine last season most of the time. I suggested you look at Rodwell past cos he has played centre back in the past which I think was in his youth days at Everton. Your line of "You didn't want him" is unnecessary cos as you keep saying we aren't scouts. The last time I heard he was at Watford so I thought he was signing there. I can suggest where he should play but Mowbray clearly knows where he will play him from his comments and that's seems Centre back. This is what my point was to @roversfan99. But I don't think I was clear enough in my point to him We were talking about the team we are building and the way we are doing it through signing young players and building a team full work rate, skill, passion and never know when we are beaten.

Rothwell and Palmer have played wide under Mowbray so you cant see they haven't played in the same position as Chapman. Mowbray has already explained how he played his wide players. Our full backs provide width aswell.

If Mowbray is waiting Bauer that could explained why Rodwell is here. Liverpool waited an extra transfer window to get Van Dijk. Rodwell is our till the summer and on 12 months deal which I think likely that we would/could extend his deal. If you look at our summer spending so far its been good and we have signed young English players and we have tied down players like Dack, Lenihan and Raya to long term contracts. Its appears a plan from Mowbray to bring in these young players and he wants to go that route and signing young, developing them into good players. If we get Brereton in that near 10 million pounds spent and when was the last we signed so many British players in one summer. Also was talking to a friend on Saturday who said when was the last time we had such a England/British squad and I remark probably under King Kenny. I can understand that you would prefer Reed on loan with permanent clause in there but maybe we are signing him for the season till we get Trapp in. When Brereton signed we will have 15 players under contract for next season plus with us having the chance of adding to the squad in January with permanent signings like Graham replacement, better back up keeper, centre back like Bauer. Plus we haven't renew Evans and Mulgrew contracts either yet. I would be doing so. We currently have 28 players in the squad if you included Fisher, Whittingham, Caddis, Tomlinson and Hart. Are we going to loaning some of these players out like Tomlinson, Caddis, Hart, Whittingham before the deadline on Friday?

Short of permanent players? We have 5 signings so far. 4 permanent and 1 loan. With 1 loan to buy in January and just 1 simple loan. So thats 5 permanent signings and 2 loans. With January only 4 months were we can look to add 2 or 3 players possible.

Maybe the players Mowbray wants arent available at the minute cos that clubs wants 2 or 3 players in 1st before making them available. I rather get his 1st or 2nd choices then get someone who might be 4th or 5th on a list. Maybe that the hold up with the Reed deal cos Rovers want a permanent deal clause in there at a set fee but Southampton dont. I have no idea why you would disappointted if we dont make more a couple of signings. We are playing well and already showing we can match teams up in this league.

Sky Sports News reporting that Brereton is at Brockhall having his medical before completing a loan deal with him signing Permanent deal in January for 6 million pounds

It was my opinion Ricky. Brentford are a good footballing side who play attacking football. cant play defensive game. I'm surprised they are selling Ryan Woods tbh.
