Talks should have held post game yesterday You loved calling me out but if Eustace was gone, he would be off already. He has taken training and meeting Waggott and Pasha this afternoon. To me, it's seems he wants assurances over budget and key players to be offered new contracts plus himself and staff

so why is he taking training if he is off or even meeting the Rovers board? Derby met his release clause so not a lot Rovers can do if there is a clause in the contract allowing to speak to others if that fee is match

I would suggest all 3 of you look at Eustace's interview from SSN link I provided yesterday and he dropped the family thing in there very clearly as one of his reasons for maybe leaving. Eustace felt let down in the summer cos he didn't get what was promised to him and same in January. He wanted to make cash permanent signings. Eustace has been promised certain things by Derby and how much influence he will have over transfers, etc. I hope from today's meeting with Rovers management he get the assurances he wants..

Eustace has already mentioned family yesterday in his pre match which will be the main reason he leaving plus he will probably have more say than ever in transfers which he won't mentioned if he does leave It's all depends who we go for if we replace him. As for summer, it's all depends but it's clearly we need in the summer squad wise already We see. We seem to have plan in place according to Nicko's BlueSky posts. What they are, I dont know, but I'm interested in what they are.

Ok. Nothing to be honest to you. I will continue to support the players and whoever is the head coach via my ST and going to as many away games as possible. Plus I will continue to buy Rovers merchandise each year. Not much to be honest.. The owners are Indian based and somewhere no-one can touch them or affect them. I will continue to be a member of the Rovers trust and voiced my opinion that way.

You will get alot of people wanting the job. You taking over a club in 6th place and win enough games you get into playoffs. It's an attractive job on paper.. People will look at this squad and think you get enough quality there. I dont expect an appointment for short term. Expect the next one to get 2 and half years contract. All this depends whether Eustace goes which looks in the balance currently in my opinion
