  1. You might not care but plenty of England fans do..
  2. I was talking if the game was on, the weather conditions wouldn't stop me attending.
  3. I was working last night in Preston where it's baring snow. Raining this morning. Car. Barely I've been to work all week on a night shift. Once through wintry weather. I travelled home this morning through heavy rain and wind. Called in for few shopping items this morning at Whitebrik Shopping estate. Not once did I think of not attending today
  4. Rain and wind is normal weather for us right now at this time of the year.. I was very happy to attend today. Weather wouldn't stop me attending
  5. Very good points made. I know of several fans who stop attending around 2013/14 and haven't come back and won't. They lost their Rovers passion and some interest in football. Cost isn't a factor tho. It's all depends who the new owners are and what's their first action are.
  6. I always said that the England football manager should be English. You and others don't. I stand by my opinion. We seen us appointed 2 overseas managers who didn't achieved anything better than an Englishman. Why don't we actually invest in our own coaches and what's the point in the English FA investing so massively in St.Georges park when they gone foriegn option again?
  7. It's rain quite alot out here in the UK. I was driving and shopping this morning. It's was windy and raining hard but it's normal weather for this country at this time of the year. I hope the game will be on hopefully 🙏🤞
  8. Wrong. I stand by my opinion that the England manager job should have an Englishman. Sam Allardyce and Harry Redknapp both agreed aswell. So yes I would have a Potter or Lampard over Tuchel. I wasn't taking RF99 on with his leading question Matty.
  9. Like I said previously. We see when and if he is appoint there.
  10. Asking. Tho I think someone did say here that Gestede could/would replace Waggott as CEO Or even head hunt someone
  11. Whether it's a brilliant appointment depends on results.
  12. Isn't Gestede going to replace Waggott when he leaves?
  13. We have transfer committee and thats how we pick our transfer targets. Who knows what Park and Gestede lists was, but Park has gone now. Yuki was Adam Owen suggestion. Good signing so far. I don't know who they others were apart from Gueye which seem a Gestede one..
  14. Its will be normal British weather. The game will be on
  15. Lampard looks likely to be appoint Coventry head coach from media reports
  16. Park left Rovers first time cos of Mowbray leaving and his loyalty was to Mowbray
  17. Mowbray wasn't remain at Birmingham where he joined him again during last season, so that's why he joined us. We been through 3 head of recruitment in the last 2 and half years. Far from normal. Why Park has left I dont specifically know but I guess his role has changed and Gestede/Owen are having more of a say than Park was told they would
  18. Easier ride with Eustace then JDT which he said. I think Eustace demands high standards but has a different way to do it. Both wanted the best but different ways of doing it. Yes JDT always had them in on Sunday after a Saturday game.
  19. John Park left Rovers cos Mowbray gone and he wanted to show loyalty to his friend. GB wanted him to stay and he wanted to go. We appointed Gus Williams who only stayed for 6 months before returning to the Welsh FA. We then appointed Kimberley before he left in the summer. Park then returned this summer
  20. Great manager? Really? So like Brian Clough, SIr Alex Ferguson, Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti. I think his next job after the Sweden stint will determine where his career goes. Depends which league he managing and which club I don't agree there. I think Eustace demands high standards and I think someone who sit near the dugout against Stockport give us a first hand account what's he is really like on the coaching staff
  21. Chief scout is what the role is Tom Sutton was head of UK scouting and we had Luke Griffin was head of European scouting under Sean Kimberley who was head of Recruitment and Gregg Broughton was Director of Football
  22. Rovers to win 3-1. Ohashi, Travis and Cantwell to score
