January Transfer window

You have your point of view and I have mine. I would be looking to sign 3 players in January and I have said positions those are. -

Haven't they been doing that given Eustace's comments about Keith Downing working with both. Given there is 2 weeks break Gueye can work on things but Ohashi is away with Japan -

Yes it small rise. What surgery would you recommend to Football finances? Arent attendances up this season despite this TV deal? Dazn sports offered to televised every EFL game every weekend. The EFL rejected it -

my point was about across the EFL clubs seeing an increase in attendances and STH. on us, not a massive increase as we would all like across the Adult STH. I dont think we help ourselves when we release them last season. It's need to release March time and I think we should lower them to £299 but I expect the same prices has this season -

all depends what the games are. If Rovers were playing at 3pm and our next opponent was playing at 12.30 I would watch the first half before setting off to Ewood. Given the problems of traffic accidents on motorways and the amount of roadworks on the motorway during the night(after 8pm-10pm) upgrading the roads and surrounding areas an early kick off would help this. Is 6.30am silly set off time either. Cos I don't agree there. If I had been travelling down to Cardiff on the day for 3pm kick off I would set off around 7am anyway and get some breakfast on the way plus a stop at service station for toilet break and stretch of the legs given its around 4 hours drive -

That's why I mentioned before about clubs dropping the prices for fans considering the Sky TV deal with the EFL. I would much rather go to games than watch on TV but sadly not possible for myself. we see what attendances in the next couple of years and see what they are like but haven't they gone up this season compare to last year -

Yes I think its good deal for fans cos not everyone can attend many away games as we would all like. -

Like I said Matty, This game was one I had earmarked to attend and go down on the Friday night, stay over and night around Cardiff but sadly other reasons meant that plan was cancelled and I couldn't attend. Would I still attend if it been at 3pm kick off game, no I wouldn't have done. -

Its a big issue for you and everyone is well aware of your views on the subject. You know why there is 6 or 7 games on at 12.30 on Saturday. The EFL and its clubs wanted more revenue from TV rights and the only way to achieve this was more games on TV. Public transport isn't reliable way to travel anywhere on away day, whether its football, work or day outs Some Rovers fans went the night before and have a night out around Cardiff and stay in a Hotel in the area. I would have done similar had I been attending the game. 799 Rovers fans went and witness a win, good performances and show an early kick off time wasn't a problem, I just wish I could have gone. -

So far, he has been poor signing. Ohashi has been a good signing so far. -

Wouldn't be surprised to see managerial changes at Hull, Luton and QPR during this international break -

Is it really big issue given the amount of time you know about? It was a game I wanted to go but couldn't go to for a couple of reasons. The change of kick off time wasn't one of those reason. Cantwell had great chance yesterday, but we dont say anything about that. He also was slow in shooting a couple of times. Given that he is still injured at the minute and been out a couple of weeks I don't see him being ready for the first 2 games after international break. Surely Eustace's referenced was in terms of numbers of the squad? I think Ohashi is a good player who has proven his worth to the team, Eustace and fans. His performance yesterday was good and shows what he brings us. I wasn't seen post Stoke game for couple of private reasons on here. No my opinion hasn't changed on Gueye yet. Yes he missed a chance that he should have scored but he was in the right place at the right time. -
Pep Guardiola's appointment as Barcelona manager was the best decision they made in terms of playing style and culture of the club. Some club officials wanted Mourinho in charge to replace Rijkaard but Laporte appointed Guardiola. Xavi had been in the first team squad for 10 years, Iniesta and Messi for a few years but its the way he built the team structure, playing style and demands on the players change. I used to follow Barca in the 90's and 2000's and used to always watched a few Spanish games every weekend but time changes.

Most of the Championship clubs will be after him probably but we should deffo try to get him..should be putting the work now to agree a deal now. If not I would still like to pacey left winger. Another centre back and striker are what we need. -
They choose to play that way instead of actually playing a style that suits the players they have. That's the one thing I want us to be which defensive solid but also play good attacking football(like we did for the first 2 goals) but not taking massive risk. There is nothing wrong a long pass upto your striker or ball down the side of the defence or over the top. Hasn't the FA committed to coaching our coaches this philosophy for a few years? This is the problem our young coaches have

We are now seeing the old Travis back and someone who is going from box to box

Don't think he has been sussed out but as was discussed on Match of the day they stopped pressing a team. Plus Rodri is huge missed for them. I think Martin will be sack during the international break and replace with Moyes or similar type.

Didn't it happened at Bayern? 14/15 season. 2 league games, 1 champions league game and 1 German cup https://search.app?link=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.transfermarkt.co.uk%2Fpep-guardiola%2FleistungsdatenDetail%2Ftrainer%2F5672%2Fplus%2F0%3Fsaison_id%3D2014%26verein_id%3D27%26liga%3D%26wettbewerb_id%3D%26trainer_id%3D&utm_campaign=aga&utm_source=agsadl2%2Csh%2Fx%2Fgs%2Fm2%2F4

I think BBD again picked the wrong club to sign for. Maybe he should have signed for Sheffield United instead where he was on loan at last season. -

They have been conceding alot of goals recently and Heckingbottom had some interesting post match words. I think they are missing Liam Millar but also think they need to change formation to 4-2-3-1 and get extra attacking player in the team(it's been a discussion at work with PNE fans agreeing with my point above) I think it was a move he was never turned down but surprised Ipswich or Southampton or someone like Wolves or Everton. -

Great effort by you and others Rovers fans to attend the game. Longish trip. Wish I could have gone because it was one of the away grounds we wanted to do. It's just shows how unpredictable this league is and why we enjoyed it. I think we can both styles of play but yesterday we took our chances finally. i agree on your last point 100%. Hate international breaks Is Ohashi one of these 2 players? You don't rate Hedges do you? In the first half he was good, but second half he didn't do much.. Why did you think Cozier-Duberry will be ready to a start the first game after the international break given he would have been out for a while? -

Really? His work rate and pressing is a joy to watch. He works down the channels and good link up play. Yes granted not everything came off but he was more than effective today Given he been out for a few weeks now do you really think he is going to be ready to start the next game? Hedges linked up play with Ohashi and Cantwell was good today. -
