If that's viewpoint fine but I will look at the game in proper way and the context of the game, our overall performance and how we played to name a few -

Haaland can fit into a passing, pressing style of football. I want to more of goal scoring threat from the right and someone like Liam Cullen would be a good fit which he shown his ability against us. 4. plus we hit the woodwork twice. Dolan plays the role as false 9 and not a focus point like PNE strikers. Leonard gives us movement and a striker who will run in behind and should have move goals this season. Ennis and Telalovic are work in progress and lets see what impact and game time after the international break -

It's nothing to do with JDT's comments but how I want us to play and what suits our playing squad. sadly we didn't have £50m to sign Haaland. I think we need stregthen in other areas than up front where we have 5 options already. Right wing and a couple of defenders would be whether I would be looking to strengthen in January I don't think it did stop working cos we were still getting into good positions, having shots and creating chances until the end of the game -

That *was* the January Window
chaddyrovers replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Broughton has revealed what happened last January window. What more needs to be said? Our recruitment departments finds players and then recommend players to GB and JDT. A Director of football doesn't find players so you don't understand what and how the role works. I would just add that our recruitment team can find good signings like Hyam, Szmodics, Brittain, Tronstad, Sigurdsson, Hill(as loan signing). Ennis and Telalovic I think it is far too early to judge them as we haven't seen much of them to be able to form an opinion. On Wahlstedt I think he is work in progress signing and you can see why we signed him -
I think it is harsh on Matt Taylor to be honest cos keeping Rotherham in the championship is the best they can do in my opinion. I expect someone like Neil Warnock to be appoint there and keep them up

Gallagher isn't the type of player either and can't play like Evans. We don't play any sort of tactics under JDT that suits the type of player that Evans is. We have a set pattern of play and our signings have been made to fit that tactic and style of play. -
please keep your spirits up and keep fighting it

well I do have a interest in watching Premier League and I fully enjoyed watching the games each weekends thanks. I fully enjoyed watching Chelsea vs City and West Ham vs Forest games today. 13 goals, full of goals, incidents, good attacking play, bad defending, etc
-
The Chelsea and City was a great advert for why the Premier League is the best league in the world and exactly why people all over the world want to watch it plus why fans want to watch it eery week

my quotes are directly from JDT actually. He tells it has it is. Simple as. I won't agree with Browne's comments either or Eyre's comments about Evans striking fear into Championship teams either. Disagree if you want, but I know which team I would rather play like and which manager I would have in charge here. Its Ain't PNE or Ryan Lowe. -

Well that's down to your vs my opinion but I think Football has/is moving on from this type of player. Its your point, so I will let you make the rest of your point otherwise its relevant cos you don't want to fully research it. It ain't my job at all. Moving either on wouldn't cost much but as JDT said when asked about this specific subject "I think it’s important for the club to keep some coaching staff, because they know exactly how things work at the club. We already have had good chats. When you come to a new club you have to respect the previous manager, but also the people working with him and doing a great job already." So from that quote he is more than happy with them on his staff. So I totally stand by my comments that if JDT wanted a new coach in to replace either it would happen. He is happy with Lowe and Benson hence why no removal of them. JDT was backed last summer and we made 3 very good signings who are key players for this team in Hyam, Szmodics and Brittain. Yes we didn't get a proven striker but sadly we don't have the finances for that this summer but we did sign 2 strikers who JDT is working with and improving them Plus the development of Leonard aswell. We all know the Batth story don't we. Instead of flying why didn't we just travelled by Rail to London. Its only 2 hours travel. Bullied us? what a load of tripe. His comments are as bad as Steve Eyre Radio Lancs comments that Championship teams are scarred of Ched Evans when he come on. -

Buckley was 5th choice under JDT and Buckley wanted to play First team football which I can understand at his time in his career and the fact that JRC was also being moved in CM at some point this season. he was good against Chelsea and PNE. Plus PL clubs are looking at him every game including Newcastle. I expect offers in January for him and depending on the offer we might well take it depending on a number of factors Steve Eyre on Radio Lancs was going on about the Evans effect and the way every championship team fear him and players. I was totally baffled by that comment then. I agree that the right time is now for investing in the team with a head coach like JDT who has totally stamped his authority on the club in terms of set pattern of play, players understanding their roles and even at under 18's level. -

bit of size? Ennis is 5ft 11 hardly a big man is he? Football has made move on from these type of hard man now. You tell me if we lost two potential new head coaches before GB appointed JDT cos of Lowe and Benson staying on the coaching team? Its your point at the end of the day. I don't know the full story. I am confident that if JDT wants to change Benson and Lowe, the club would back him in this -

interesting. Cos I thought we need more movement and a forward to run in behind which is Leonard. Given how we played our attacking play is about movement and playing short passing football. From what I have seen of Ennis is someone who can hold the ball up and be more of focus point -

cos JDT wanted Leonard movement on instead. Would you have bought Ennis on instead and if so why? -

Would Ennis have change the game? JDT didn't want to take Szmodics off to bring him or Telalovic on so how would he come on after Leonard come on? Rubbish. Potts isn't a hard man either. yet again, If Benson was so poor at his job he wouldn't be on JDT's coaching staff. Also I would assume that JDT is happy with our set pieces being short corners. Otherwise it wouldn't happen -
Jon Dahl Tomasson - Sweden coach

What a load of rubbish that the players aren't performing to a level you would call acceptable. I think they have performed in every league game and playing to the way JDT wants us to play. We have a clear style of play and everyone understand how they should be playing. JDT wants to pass the ball out from the back/keeper. -

Well done to all fans and he was given the sent off from the Rovers fans that he fully deserved. Didn't know him personally apart from one small conversation at the fans meeting when Shaw and Bowyer was here. He was die hard fan and a True Rovers legend -

Totally gutted to lose this game in the 90 minute like we did. My thoughts on the game, I thought we played very well and created a number of good opportunities to score during the game. hit the bar twice in the first half and Szmodics should have scored another in the second half. Thought our attacking play was good and the passing we did was a good watch and we clearly have a style of play and a style that the players clearly understand it and we are seeing that on the pitch. I feel we are going in the right direction under JDT. Don't think we are that far away from a playoff place this season Tronstad was my player of the match. -

In January, I think we need right side attacking player, and couple of defenders in aswell. Someone like Liam Cullen from Swansea would be good signing. Plays from the right, scored a very good goal against us and done well this season
