No way can we afford Pukki's wages at Rovers plus his age doesn't fit our footballing model -

Well done Arsenal. Liverpool are awful to be honest Palace played well after scoring their 1st goal and deserved to win. Leeds couldn't get back into the game after Palace 1st goal -

So he did the job he was appointed for then I saw plenty of Leeds this season and the performances was good but results didn't match that McKennie was only signed in January on loan then Marsch was sacked a week later or so VAR was just as bad at Brentford vs Newcastle -

How was the line up against Norwich Negative? The line up wasn't the problem but the players playing a slow tempo and no movement. Players need to take responsible for their poor performance -
guess it all depends when and where you go in the Ribble Valley/Brockhall

From people who have watched the under 21's this season, what are Harry Leonard's strengths and what type of forward is he? Mercer, I am good thanks and always had. So your comments are completely and utter unnecessary yet again do we need to play so defensive? -

I was gutted about the FA quarter final result of course but I don't get too low or negative in any defeat or too high or over positive in any win. -

He kept Leeds up last season when Bielsa was taking them down. Is that a bad experience now? -

Well you watch more Champions League football then I do for sure. Standard line from you that there has to be a better option without any knowledge of anyone. Marsch has experience of the PL and did a similar job last season. I hope your bet comes in. -

Didn't think PNE was even in the race to be honest We lost it to great strike and JDT changing formation when not needed to back 5. I was positive and happy about how we played and the style we played. come back to people mentality and attitude surely and not looking at the bigger picture first. Yes 2 losses in the last 2 games is far from ideal but it is still in our hands and we will bounce back on Monday I'm sure. No reason to bring them in this discussion. pointless I haven't seen enough of him to have and form an opinion on him -

no cos I was saying this in the summer to you that this would transition season and it would take time for JDT to settle in and learn about the leagues plus for JDT to get the signings and players he wants to play his style of football. I said on this on 1st August which I said" For me its work in progress and I would accept top half in his first season and transition season if its more time to bring in new style of play and his philosophy." https://www.brfcs.com/forums/topic/35339-transfer-window-complete-where’s-gregg/?do=findComment&comment=2353966 -
Is Josh a stranger to these people tho? that the question. He clearly see them enough to be someone they know but not a close friend

I think Leicester need a manager and given the lack of options who want to move now like the current Celtic manager for example. I will ask, who would you appoint then if you were in charge at Leicester City? It would be disaster for that Football club but the owners has wasted over 600 million on transfers without a clear and coherent plan -
I think Garrett cos he gets his foot in and make tackles which we need first half. He does come across them in weekly life. no may about it. have you been to the Ribble Valley or food outlets/pubs there? People like to talk and that life. I guess in your local community you don't speak anyone.

Jon Dahl Tomasson - Sweden coach
chaddyrovers replied to Tom's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Fair enough I don't have my coaching badges(sadly) but I watched alot of football and I am big fan or Pep Guardiola since his Barca days. Plus the tactical side of football has interested me for years now. Not heard the term a bruiser for a target man type before. I would like to sign Thomas if we could permanent but in the summer we need 2 strikers which is the priority for me this summer. Cos many of us thought this season would a transition season under a head coach who has never managed at this level or played in this league. Plus players adapting to his football style and man management. I think we are ahead where I thought we would be but given we are I want a playoff spot now -

why mention any of Rooney, Owen or Rashford who are exceptional talented player in this convo? I think Leonard will be on the bench on Monday We played very well at Sheffield United and unlucky to lose to a great strike by Doyle. Nothing to downbeat about it. I don't think either performance was awful at all tbh. We are still top 6 and its still down to what we do.. That's the positive way to look at the current situation. Yes I know they were a big crowd there. Over 16k Rovers fans who was very good and support the team even tho they were some moments that fans got annoyed like the lack of movement in front of centre backs. Meaning the tempo dropped again. -
