Mike, Its all down to people own circumstances and what the situation is regarding a range of issues whether its cost, family situation, working commitments etc. I understand the point you are making Mike and its a fair one. I know few people who can afford the ST cost but can't go cos work/family reasons and then like yourself down to cost.
