Owner I agree on the positions but you don't need a board. You need an owner on the ground monitoring it all. If I was the owner, I would be running the club myself along with the CEO and Deputy CEO. I don't think you need a board of directors to run a football club but having senior management in place with experience in running a football club. So my structure would be CEO, Deputy CEO, then a CFO and club secretary then the rest would be head of commercial and marketing operations for example. Then a DoF reporting to owner, CEO and Deputy CEO on all matters We are looking for new CEO as reported by Alan Nixon before Christmas, Will be interesting who is appointing to this role. I think Babu is financial guy within Venkys group and trust ally of the owners.

Would you have a massive set of directors on the board if you were owner of a club? No interest in Wrexham's injury problems. Its our injuries to our players like Morishita, Gudjohnsen,etc that has cost us. The De Neve signing hasn't worked out but I would have picked Pickering to come on anyway. You know why he hasn't been selected in the last 4 match day squad. And also has his performances merit a place in our squad. His performances this season has been truly and bloody awful. Some signings work and some don't as you even said recently, now you change your tune now. We have injuries to our key players like Wharton, Morishita, Cantwell, Gudjohnsen cost us. Alebiosu going to AFCON has cost us. Tavares, De Neve and Henriksson hasn't worked out for us.

Baradji and Cantwell were dropped too deep yesterday and they need to higher up. When Baradji got forward and in the final third, he almost scored. Cantwell was way too deep yesterday.
