  1. West Ham interviewed aswell and said no for similar reasons. https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11685/13123981/ruben-amorim-on-west-ham-reports-sporting-boss-apologises-to-clubs-fans-after-confirming-hammers-talks#:~:text=Ruben Amorim has admitted to,not comment at the time. West Ham source reveals the reason why they rejected Ruben Amorim as they searched for a manager in the summer - despite him flying in for an interview - as Man United deal looms | Daily Mail Online https://share.google/9vP2BTqVYUILiExNV
  2. In your opinion that a new owners should have no relevance. The Manchester United and Spurs situations are different. ETH won a trophy the previous year, Spurs hadnt won a trophy since 2008 and Ange gave the league up and focus on winning a trophy. United are mess behind the scenes whilst Spurs are run properly, structural organised whilst United arent. Better now I believe United. God knows, I cant remember to be quite honest. Probably did but knowing that they were speaking to other head coaches behind his back, he been better walking away from that madhouse
  3. New owners always bring in their own head coach within a few months of being in charge. Might be one or 2 exceptions to that but deffo most cases. Ratcliffe and co had their chance and didnt do it. That's on them. Would I sack Amorim tomorrow if I was the owner there? Damn right but I hope they stick him long term now.
  4. Brilliant last day. In fact Brilliant 3 days of terrific golf. Tommy Fleetwood star man with Rory McIIroy. What a captain Luke Donald is. Fancy doing the captain job in 2 years time? 🤔😉
  5. Who? Haven't I posted the different reasons in the Ten Hag like new co owners coming in, new senior management coming in, etc. Would I sack Amorim? I wouldn't appointed him in the first place
  6. Lets be honest, United panic after he won the cup and kept him, they were talking to different head coaches and they want to replace him, they even spoked to Amorim and didn't want to appoint over his formation, etc. yet a few months, their CEO pushed for him and appointed him. 'I know for a fact' - Why Manchester United and INEOS refused to hire Ruben Amorim in the summer | talkSPORT Inside the deal to appoint Ruben Amorim as Manchester United head coach - The Athletic Ratcliffe and co made a very poor decision to keep ETH. They should have brought in their own man given they have become co-owners
  7. I don't know if Alebiosu is fit but I taken he won't be sadly
  8. We got 2 good away wins this season and played very well at home to Birmingham where we should have got all 3 points and against Ipswich where we were the better team until the ref called the game off. I have posted all my opinions on the Ipswich game being called off, the ref role in it, McKenna role in it, the EFL decision plus Elliott Jackson ban from the club, so I have nothing more to add to my opinion
  9. see my reply to Ghost latest post. time you moved on
  10. what post/comments has Elliott been banned for then? Ask Rovers
  11. Like I repeatably told you my opinion on Ismael will be judged on results and performances. How many more times do you really need telling but every head coach/manager will complain about penalty decision not given like I just watched Marco Silva has for Fulham. I agreed with Ismael on the Ipswich game and the EFL were wrong in the decision, you of course won't agree there.
  12. like I said yesterday, I don't know what Elliott Jackson has been ban for. What comments or articles did the club banned for. Still none the wiser. No club should banned any media journalist from games or press conference. Rovers and LT plus Jackson need to sit down today/tomorrow and sort out this out where LT and Jackson will be at Tuesday night game covering the game

  14. read the comment I reply to, should give you the reply
  15. He gave his opinions just like you do including moaning
  16. They should have gone for Thomas Frank from Brentford back in summer of 2024 instead of keeping Ten Hag after the cup win. Also can United afford another pay off after another poor appointment. I would go for Marco Silva myself
  17. You could still have these people but not on the official board for decisions like this about the lack of penalty decision like most people did post match.
  18. so the board is pointless then if it championship why not just have 5 independent people on the board who aren't employ by any club? not think that's a much better way to have a board who are independent and not to league or club. for example Parry as Chairman, Birch as CEO and 3 independent people.
  19. I would prefer that the remain minutes are play with us 11 men vs Ipswich 10.
  20. so why have them on the board in the first place then? seems very pointless why not just have board with no connection to any clubs in current employment?
