Well it's no surprise Waggott is going. The WATR chairman said around 9 months ago about Gestede replacing Waggott in the CEO in times. So it's look like happening now. Rovers have done some forward planning and appointed Gestede's replacement as head of football operations. I wasn't defending the club about Forshaw, cos I didn't believe his Forshaw assumptions from the time he mentioned 100% agreed. You need an owner or owners who want to own the club, run the club from Ewood Park/UK and understand how footballing world works and will appoint a CEO and board who understand the area/supporters base, how to run the club, price ST and match day tickets reasonable for the fan base considering a number of financial situations of people in local area, communicate to the Supporters and improve the commercial operations of the club.

No one has said results are acceptable but we have only won 4 games in the last 19 games and the players confidence is very low at the minute.

I said then serious questions need to be asked about Ismael's future. I also said that Rovers should have been out there with better communication with the supporters base and been pro active with interviews explaining every thing to the supporters why Eustace left, what the recruitment process be and why Ismael was appointed.
