  1. Rubber dinghy men soft bellied yellow bellies
  2. No. But I'm sticking with my story. Been a good discussion
  3. It says nothing. Anyway I've had enough of this discussion
  4. Can't remember but its been all over the Internet in the past. I might be wrong. U might be wrong. There's no need to be all bitchy
  5. It isn't an assumption. I've heard it from various sources. Like I said it was a token gesture from jack. He quit after he wasn't being backed
  6. It was pathetic when he was booed on his return in the Newcastle fa cup game. He scored 2 but looked upset when he was booed after pointing his finger to the crowd. I was in the jack walker stand and I could see his face. I never booed him and I never booed Beckham when he was here with man utd. He was England captain at the time
  7. This part was in reply to ur assumption he went upstairs to give ray Harford a chance
  8. I never said he wasn't. I said he was forced upstairs. Please tell me where I said he wasn't
  9. The fact Sunderland and West brom are both away gives me hope. But it would pretty much take a miracle for one of Sunderland or west brom not to win and for us to beat Millwall
  10. He took it reluctantly. He decided he couldn't do anymore with Rovers because walker wouldn't back his ambition. It was a token gesture the directors role.
  11. I'm off to watch gotg3 tomorrow. I might catch the game but maybe not. Couldn't really care less if I miss it. It's probably a nothing game
  12. No he didn't. He didn't want the directors role. He left because of lack of funds. Walker wouldn't spend big that summer and Dalglish thought we should be building on what we achieved. That's what I heard anyway
  13. Dalglish stepped down after walker told him there would be no major spending that summer. Walker went all cheap especially with appointing Harford. The only summer signing was matty Holmes even though at the time we could have attracted the best in Europe
  14. Ronaldo didn't need to come to the epl. He was probably the greatest forward in history despite his injuries
  15. Remember his goal v Norwich. He just shrugged a defender off and scooped the ball over the keeper. His incredible midair bicycle kick against Southampton or qpr I think as well. Where did he fair against the other world greats at the time? Batistuta, Ronaldo etc
  16. Scottish championship is equivalent to English league 2
  17. This is the reason I lost the England job
  18. Brighton have recruited brilliantly. The club we should aspire to be. Same with Brentford Fulham etc. If we get back to the Premiership we could follow suit especially with the amount of quality coming through our academy
  19. That doesn't mean he's a better player than Diaz. And Pedro certainly ain't worth 30 million. He's got 3 goals in 30 odd epl games
  20. 30 million for Pedro. Insane. Imagine what Diaz would have been worth if we sorted his contract out properly. Pedro has just 11 goals for Watford this season yet Diaz has 14
  21. Cole seems quite intelligent. Always thought he was a bit thick. Also seems a nice guy who obviously has fond memories of rovers
  22. Yes I don't rate him highly but like I said he's still the best manager we've had
  23. We will get nowhere with venkys because they are happy to trundle along just ploughing money into the club with no reward. I'm not a huge jdt fan but he's by far and away the best manager we've had. I have zero faith he would be replaced with someone of similar standing
