This window reeks of expediency. The bare minimum simply to keep us ticking over. Will it be enough? Not wholly convinced TBH but a lot of players need to step up to the mark very quickly for safety to be assured. The phrase “kick the can down the road” was used on here & that’s exactly what we’ve done. The Indian court situation is the lead weight round our ankles. Unless & until that is resolved we are ticking over…simply trying to maintain existence. Relegation this time would consign us to the third tier for a while in my view.

Nobody can be forced to sign with another club. Suspect Adam's agent has seen the writing on the wall for a while & is recommending the move to his client for footballing & financial reasons. I'm surprised he can't do better than Palace TBH & the summer would probably have proved more fertile which might suggest Rovers are keen to make it happen now.
