Need to find a way to win this against a team in the bottom 3 with a couple of tough games ahead -

2 front men pulled for not delivering - let’s hope the 2 replacements do more Gueye and Dolan off for Ohashi and Weimann. On recent evidence I’d likely have Ohashi starting with Gueye as a battering ram sub on the hour. -

Not seen today but he’s been superb in some games, others he’s poor -

From the sounds of it I’d be bringing Gueye off for Leonard or Ohashi at half time then introduce the other 15 later A scrappy 1-0 would be a treat -

Alan Kelly putting a chunk of blame on Pears for playing it to him but we have to accept that these are risks we take playing out from the back -

ACD has one cleared off the line, it’s sounded pretty negative up until then with Gueye getting in Cantwells way as he went to strike a few minutes ago. Both those 2 apparently having poor games, Gueye just scuffed one. -

Apologies as this is second hand but it sounds very scrappy with no real link up. According to Bayes Gueye has been on his heels a bit, Cantwell clumsy and ACD will be on strictly come dancing one day….. -

Yes only listening on radio, Andy Bayes said he couldn’t sort his feet but Elliot Jackson said it’s a good flicked effort -

Half chance for Gueye it sounds like -
He hid them himself nothing from us

It was heavily rumoured, if not confirmed that he was dismissed for having sticky fingers around other players belongings

Lots of rumours around Plymouth and the culture Rooney has instilled, lots of drinking, plans changing around the managers social life, players not bothering training. Fans are almost unanimously against him at this point

There was nothing accidental about his Boxing Day assist, it’s a great knock down, people just make their mind up if they rate someone or not and view every touch with either a positive or negative slant. I’m guilty of doing it positively granted -
Watch again, it was clearly Gueyes knock town on Boxing Day when you see the angle behind the goals, super centre forward play

I think a lot of modern football is wasted on me to be fair

I don’t tend to watch much football these days but I was at a loose end so was watching Arsenal against Ipswich and at half time flicked to Brighton Brentford, these guys are 10th and 11th in the league and it’s utter utter shite

Tracking our (outbound) loan players 24/25
Tom replied to BRFC4EVA's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
I’m with you, there’s no conspiracy it’s just the teams we’ve loaned them to don’t think they are good enough -

On the topic of own goals, that scramble in the first half looked close to being volleyed into our own net off Hyams shin, was it really close? -

Thought he looked better with the ball at his feet as well today, ungainly but moved through the gears well a couple of times before drawing a foul. -

From the angle behind the goal Batth climbs but it’s Gueye that heads it across assisted by being held down by Batth funnily enough - whatever works -

Accidental assist machine Gueye with another it seems, did Batth head it onto him? Edit - seen another angle I think maybe it was Gueye that got his head on it -
Liverpool winning this league at an absolute canter

I thought on the balance Dolan deserved man of the match, nobody played well overall in the second half (individual moments aside) but Dolan stood apart first half, granted his finish was a shocker but his running created a lot. -

For once it was in doubt, didn’t think we’d take anything with 10 mins left, perfect sub appearance from Leonard then brilliant from Pears
