v Wolves (h) - 9/2/2025 - FAC4Tom replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard Please tell me you aren’t complaining about the booking? You need to be more objective with the ref criticism it’s every week with every decision

v Wolves (h) - 9/2/2025 - FAC4Tom replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard Buckley is an idiot he get so many bookings it’s unreal compared to how many tackles he makes That run from Kargbo is the most exciting I’ve seen since Harry Chapman before his muscles all exploded

v Wolves (h) - 9/2/2025 - FAC4Tom replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard Good running and pass from Kargbo then over the bar, in fairness I think if he keeps it down it’s likely to be blocked though

Expect the cheapest option now, probably Gestede if he fancies a go at it then bring someone like Dunn in behind the scenes in a shallow attempt to shield
-
You’ve got more chance of us getting a pasting and then some fans saying ‘well we won’t miss him anyway based on that’
-
Turns out it’s likely us that need to be worried

v Wolves (h) - 9/2/2025 - FAC4Tom replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard Back open but with 3 way lights now Luckily for us the wife’s business was allowed to stay open yards from the closure but it was chaos Thursday

Anyone else expecting an announcement soon that he won’t be taking charge today for ‘reasons’?
-
There should’ve been no recovery from the Kean days, from the years of neglect since, I can’t see any way that Eustace going would move the needle. It’s only a year since there was unrest over the way JDT had been handled and Waggott and co rolled out a meeting with some fans to stem the tide. People would be angry for a little while then we’d appoint a journeyman and it would revert to ‘need to get behind them now only x points from play offs’

I don’t think there’s anyone in football brave enough to, or the NDA’s are worth far more to them
-
Don’t blame him it’s win win for him, if you can come here and do a decent job for a year and escape it’s a decent CV builder. He’s done more than that and done a superb job in the madness so he’d leave with his reputation enhanced and go into a job like Mowbray when he came here where he’s a hero if he keeps them up but doesn’t take the blame if he doesn’t
-
He wasn’t as good as his last few games but much better than previously. I’d say he won more in the air than he lost but never anyone supporting running off him. He was pretty average - which puts him towards the upper end of performers
-
His penalty against Blackpool was fine, passed it in I think
-
I didn’t see the Gueye / Travis fall out but I don’t mind the striker wanting the penalty nor the fact that Travis as captain took control. Hopefully it didn’t get too heated and Gueye was right in the celebrations when it went in so hopefully all good there.
-
We were warned about Cantwell but it looks like he’s in full Rangers mode now. A stinking evening all round really, it says it all that the one bright spark is Kargbo taking a couple of players on before losing it but there isn’t really much more to be positive about on the pitch tonight.
-
3 minutes of injury time played and we didn’t even approach their half till Kargbo gambled
-
Yep 4 minutes that’ll do it, thought he pulled his hammy running on then
-
Why is it down to Gueye to come deep and then try and drive at them, someone needs to step up and help him too many passengers
-
It’s crap goalkeeping again but the defenders need to play to the whistle
