We are 5th in the league at home against a team who have been in the lower half most season,Saturday was a pretty poor performance but its our only defeat in seven and we have only lost twice at home this season. We are 5th on merit Even Sunderland like someone else pointed out , they have one win in 5 away from home in the league We may get zero points.We may only get 2 but it will be a major disappointment if that is the case. It certainly wouldn't be outstanding

Their first choice front 4 would probably be Doak. Azaz. McGree Lath And then Conway who they paid 5 mil for on the bench time will tell but surely minutes is going to be Villas main concern.

He wouldn't get minutes at those clubs even Boro he won't play ahead of Latth or Conway and even if you put him as a wide forward they are stocked there too with Doak etc Villa will be looking for a team where he will play most weeks to get him in the shop window to be sold in the summer.He has done well lower down and looks a talent but il be shocked if he joins one of them

The competition won't come from sides as high as us in the table though. The likes of Derby ,Swansea etc will be the clubs in for him I don't see us being in the race for him.Eustace will be wanting a more experienced striker bringing in.If Nixon was correct in the summer that Eustace was a fan of Dykes and wanted to sign him then I wouldn't be surprised if we make a loan effort for him,he hasn't started many games for them

Eustace is doing a fine job here but when was the last time a Premier league team appointed a manager from the championship with no Premier league experience? I'd say chances of Wolves going for him are very very slim

Baker is a central midfielder and did fine when played there instead of Travis v Hull. Very hard to find another midfielder (better than Baker) who will be happy to come here and sit on the bench ,hoping for one of trav or tronstad to get injured or suspended. Its the same with centre back, I can't see Eustace breaking up the pairing of Batth and Hyam, and Carter will be back in January.Unless you over pay on wages hard to see a centre back willing to come in who will potentially be 4th choice.Id like a cb but just don't see it happening Any money we have should go on a striker followed by a winger

Why do you feel we are in danger of losing Cantwell in January? He was available in the summer for a pittance of a transfer £500k yet he ended up here . Nobody will be coming in and bidding enough money for him in January

He is a defensive midfielder. His job is to break up opposition attacks which he is excellent at. I didn't see Luton breaking forward too many times in that first half Do you know anybody else who thinks Tronstadt is poor?
