  1. Who is going to take Sigurdsson when he is injured. He will be here till his contract ends
  2. Liverpool wouldn't be happy If we loaned Danns and then loaned Bamford considering we play 1 up front
  3. The recruitment team are trying to compete for the playoffs with a league one budget If we had any money do you honestly believe we would be trying for this lad from Seria B
  4. If money is that tight and we can't get an experienced striker in even on loan then I hope we will push for Dann. It be a gamble but there has been examples of young strikers from the prem going on loan in January and having an immediate impact Cannon and Archer with Preston and Brewster when he went to Swansea and Dann does look a talent
  5. If Karbo is signed he certainly won't be a Eustace pick Joke the link we have at the moment is a fella who was playing in seria c last season Before I get jumped on I'm not saying I wouldn't support him at the ground or that he can't turn out to be a decent signing But very hard to imagine him coming in and having an immediate impact and is not the sort of signing we should be making at this point imo
  6. So much for the proven championship players the manager wanted
  7. Probably spending his time looking at other vacancies and planning the next notch on his extensive Cv
  8. Surely Waggott and Suhail would be in line for even bigger bonuses if promotion was achieved? In the summer the shit is gonna hit the fan. The loans go back. The .The players out of contract gone. No real asset that can be sold for serious cash. The players out of contract in 2026 will have to be sold for less than their market value or kept and then leave on a free the summer after. I mean plenty of stupid shit has gone on but the owners ain't aware of this?Suhail is just allowed to get on with it and Venkys are never informed of the situation of the club?I find that hard to believe We have no impediment to spending this window ffp wise so I don't see why Waggott and Suhail would be against adding an asset or two in this window If promotion isn't achieved then at least might have someone can be sold for profit down the line
  9. You believe from your imagination or have you seen a link online? We wouldn't be able to afford him.
  10. We haven't slipped out of the top 6 yet.
  11. Income from the summer onwards I presume,Szmodic and the other couple we sold
  12. Already seen a few moans on Facebook today by the clueless being critical towards Eustace ,and suggesting the poor forn isn't only down to injuries but due to Eustace not being flexible enough with his tactics Then multiple other posts blaming ffp/our small crowds for us not spending any money in the market
  13. He only thinks that though because the telegraph said the club and Eustace wanted it If the headline tomorrow was "Eustace to let Hedges go" He would back that decision aswell Pointless trying to debate or reason that
  14. You have no evidence to support the suggestion we would have claimed more points if it had been Tronstad out rather than Travis. This isn't a dig at Travis but he has been a regular and starting games during death spirals himself under previous managers The two of them have worked tremendously as a pair throughout this season.
  15. Also what's the plan for the players out of contract in 2026. If they don't extend by the summer will we invite offers for them or will we spend the next 12 months reading in the telegraph that offers have been put forward to the players then when Sumner 2026 arrives they will leave the club on a free like Lenihen ,Nyambe and Rothwell?
  16. For clubs with owners with little ambition like ourselves I presume the advantage they see by waiting until the later stages of the window, is clubs and players are more likely to do us a favour,by accepting only a percentage of their out of favour players wages or paying off parts of their contract to get them away For example right now Forest would be playing hard ball with O'Brien and be demanding as close to his wages as they can get but as the window draws closer they will be more open to reducing the percentage of his wage they want covering I don't agree with it but just my assumption why a club with a small budget would go that route,we never get the required additions in anyway
  17. A few nonsense rumours will Start appearing now But nobody will be signed in time for Saturday
  18. Eustace confirmed yesterday we had bid for a player Only cash bid that has been hinted in the media has been Asante, it might not be him but best bet it is at the moment
  19. Il go with C Venkys have been here long enough to know themselves that money needs putting towards the squad They will also be well aware of how much we have brought in in the transfer market and how little we have spent And surely they know how little cash they have sent over in comparison to other years If the owners wanted to spend they would do.
  20. Looking at Weimann coming off on Saturday I'd be surprised if he starts this one
  21. Thought you wanted a striker? I might be wrong here as haven't been watching as much footie outside of the Rovers lately, but doesn't Asante predominantly play on the left hand side of a 3 behind a central striker?
  22. Or he keeps losing possession. Cantwell being poor isn't just down to the players around him .I expected much better The players around him didn't miss the easy chance v Hull
  23. And then venkys replace him with someone as equally incompetent. Getting rid of Waggott does absolutely nothing to help our plight We will only ever get a decent CEO when venkys sell the club. Somebody decent, somebody competent and coveted wouldn't work for our owners
