In your work place if you proved yourself to be one of the most effective employees would you not think you deserve as much/more than a co-worker who isn't as effective as you? I'm not a big fan of loans either unless they have an option to buy attached to them.But I suppose it depends on the quality of the loan player in question.Hughill has done it in the championship so like you say probably be a que for him. We have been stung with loans in the past but last year we did use the loan market well.Chapman, Armstrong,Downing,Payne and Antonnson all played their part.Harper was the only one that did nothing

It's more likely they would want to sell I agree,but if he goes out on loan and does well then they could still get more or less the same fee as they would get now if it went to tribunal..on the off chance Chapman had a cracking season and broke into say England under 21 then they would fetch more at tribunal than they would by selling him now.I know a lots of ifs and buts in there but I don't think you could rule out Chapman being loaned out
