Dack deserved more money. In your work place if you proved yourself to be one of the most effective employees would you not think you deserve as much/more than a co-worker who isn't as effective as you? I get where your coming from but his performances are worthy of better terms. He signed from Gillingham I can't imagine he was on massive money when he joined and has proven himself as our top performer
-
It's imminent according to Rich Sharp
-
If it was any of the teams who got relegated from the premier league last season then the deal would already be dome imo. Going off what he has said all the evidence points toward a club with not much money hence all the talk of paying the fee in instalments

Sun article from Nixon saying Kent going to Rangers
-
Can I ask why you think he would be such a bad signing? Where you saying the same when we signed Chapman last season?
-
Why do we have 2 goalkeepers on the bench?
-
Derby seem to be doing good buisness,Mount and Wilson already in on loan and now close to signing Jozefzoon from Brentford for 2.75 million. Egan has joined Sheffield United for a reported 3 million from Brentford. Clubs are starting to do deals now so hopefully we will hear some news soon
-
I agree would have been an ideal signing but it may have nothing to do with lack of funds could be that Mowbray just wasn't interested. On another note Nixon is changing his tact big time on Kent.Yesterday we had pulled clear in the race, now it's Rangers back in and Kent may prefer to go there as more chance of playing every week.
-
Hopefully negotiating with Maddisons agent. We do need to start getting some players over the line, don't want to be going into the first game with only Conway and Bennett as wide options and Graham as our only proven front man.Graham is already struggling with an injury
-
Apparently according to Nixons Twitter feed(not just him saying it)Wildschut going to Bolton on loan as Wigan wouldn't pay what's needed. Thought they were in dispute for not paying bonus clauses? Would be a good signing. Can only hope that TM has better lined up
-
Not a chance it would be Roberts in my opinion, the last year has seen him linked with 10 million moves to both Leicester and Southampton. Would be an unreal loan signing but no way do I see it happening
-
I read it as a winger as the article suggests it would be in preference to Kent who is a wide player.Nmencha is only 19 does look talented, but I'd be more comfortable and more confident if it was Harrison
-
No not directly but the telegraph are running with a story that we want to take a Manchester City wide man on loan but the move has been held up due to the player in question going to the States with City on their pre season tour
-
Is he not a striker?I think it could be the Harrison who someone else suggesged
-
Payne is a good signing for Bradford. They also signed Scannell from Huddersfield today another good signing for league one. Could be a decent bet for promotion next season
-
Multiple player of the month awards and player of the year is all the proof you need to know you are right.
-
I'm not a big fan of loans either unless they have an option to buy attached to them. But I suppose it depends on the quality of the loan player in question.Hughill has done it in the championship so like you say probably be a que for him. We have been stung with loans in the past but last year we did use the loan market well.Chapman, Armstrong,Downing,Payne and Antonnson all played their part.Harper was the only one that did nothing
-
Liverpool fly to America tomorrow will be interesting to see if Kent joins them
-
Hughill is reportedly available to loan from West Ham ,anyone think he would be a decent option to come in and play up front?Would imagine he is on a high wage tho
-
Don't get me wrong I like Sharp but the let is not a paper for exclusives. And to be fair the let is the same old stories rehashed over and over again. I mean come on at least give us a name in that article today.I could understand if it was a perm deal and they where trying to keep it under wraps but it's a loan move and I'm sure most clubs will already know what players city are willing to loan out
-
Do the telegraph and Sharp know that much though?Yeah they hear names or whatever but it's been many years since the telegraph had a genuine exclusive. I found the article a bit pointless today,no names mentioned.
-
You forgot to mention a bit of the text....#bitinpaper# I'm only joking Chaddy.
-
I agree with you,iv tweeted the peterboro owner too and had no response. With everything he has said it does look like we could be the club in for him
-
It's more likely they would want to sell I agree, but if he goes out on loan and does well then they could still get more or less the same fee as they would get now if it went to tribunal..on the off chance Chapman had a cracking season and broke into say England under 21 then they would fetch more at tribunal than they would by selling him now.I know a lots of ifs and buts in there but I don't think you could rule out Chapman being loaned out
