  1. Brittain would be a great signing for us. Probably one of the best options we could get at RB for our budget.
  2. Good to see quite a few of the youngsters get some minutes. Don’t think any of them looked out of place against a strong Celtic side. At least the future looks bright for us as far as the academy is concerned. I like the look of Hedges, he works really hard for the team. Don’t think he’ll pull up any trees this season, but good player to have in the squad.
  3. Pretty much sums it up. We’re playing 2 full backs out of their depth with no one in front of them as we’re playing a formation with 4 strikers.
  4. Attackers were linking up pretty well towards the end of that half, but with Gallagher looking the best of the bunch we definitely need more quality options brought in. Can’t be starting the season with Vale and Dolan as first choice and BBD likely to leave.
  5. Carter is a good option to have on the bench especially with Ayala’s injury record. Don’t think he should be starting at the moment though.
  6. Pickering and Carter definitely not good enough. 2 new fullbacks has to be priority this season.
  7. If Gally stays relatively injury free, I think he will have a very good season for us.
  8. Is there a per game pass, or can you only purchase the monthly subscription to watch it? Monthly subscription price is a bit steep to watch a friendly online.
  9. I have to say that’s a really poor looking bench. We need at least 4 players to come in capable of going straight into the first 11. I have high hopes for the likes of Dolan, Vale and Carter but they shouldn’t be first choice at the moment.
  10. Kristian Pedersen and Naby Sarr out of contract this summer. Would take them both in a heartbeat.
  11. Looked a bit shaky for me but I missed the first 10-15 minutes... want to see a bit more from him. Hoping to see Vale & Markanday get plenty of game time today, want to see what they can do.
  12. Wow 2 absolute stunners... but we really are bottlers aren't we? We've left this for the last game of the season where maybe even 1 extra win may have seen us make the playoffs.
  13. Edun pretty terrible... need considerably better quality in the middle of the park next season.
  14. The players look like they don't even care that they just lost 3-0 and our chance to get a playoff spot. Apathy reigns.
  15. Brereton too greedy... twice now he should've passed.
  16. They're just running into each other, completely disorganised.
  17. Too many missed tackles and failed clearances. We need a goal soon to calm things down.
  18. I think everyone has been in agreement after the latest death spiral that we don’t want Mowbray to continue as manager and need someone better in. I’m wondering though what people think about the idea of Mowbray staying but in some sort of Director of Football role instead? I know people have questioned some of his signings in the past, but I think he’s actually been really successful in both the loan market and transfer market and has brought through a number of academy players into the first team as well.
  19. Last home game of the season. If the boys can’t put a shift in for this one and win then we certainly don’t deserve to be in the playoffs, much less win them. Bournemouth have a massive game against Forest 3 days later, so I’m hoping their heads aren’t in it for the game with us. If anything it’s an exciting end to the Championship season, with everything still to play for.
  20. Massive win, but will it be enough? Bournemouth have 3 games in a week with ours sandwiched in the middle, hopefully we can take advantage of that and pick up a narrow win. Luton and Sheffield both have difficult away games on the weekend as well. If we can go into the last game of the season with both 5th and 6th place still in reach then we have every chance of making it.
  21. So frustrating to see us playing as well as we are today when we are 3 points behind top 6 with only 2 games to go. A big win is here is certainly needed though, as I think it's likely it might come down to GD in the end.
