From the wording of his post it sounds like JacknOry meant Brereton was slagging off Buckley. I don't know what that is about.

It's been happening, in my lifetime, on a regular basis, since we sold Tony Field. I also didn't say it happens every season. I said it happens every season we lose a striker.

In past seasons we would probably have taken three points from our last two games and Stoke. We have four already, so I see it as a free hit. I think we should concentrate on our strengths, and see what that gets us. -
That is said every season that we lose a forward
-
To tell you my thoughts. I doubt he has had nothing in either payments or promises of future income.
-
The problem being, I don't think he has ever been in it for the love of the job. Fool me twice, shame on me

Why are loads of people getting into a tizzy about a contract that ended years ago ?

To me JRC is a cover player, I would doubt if anyone would pay a fee for him. -

Lets hope the back three have improved, on playing that system. -

A question that pops into my mind is, if he is such a good player, why did MK Dons let him go for less than half a million ? -

A weak team would be more of a concern than a weak bench. Also I don't see it as a weak bench, when seven are named. -

If any player is scared of getting injured, they need showing the door. -
There wasn't any covering midfielders because the full-backs had not Bombed on, they had just been caught in bad starting positions for defenders.
-
I repeat my question. Did you see the game last night ?
-
I'll tell you who did look good last night and that was the Arsenal number two, the lad that got sent off. He was assured wherever he found himself playing. I thought he was a little unlucky to get a red.
-
Did you see the game last night. Arsenals first two goals came from the full-backs being out of defensive position.
-
I am of the same opinion.

Which one ? Souttar scored for Scotland didn't he, so Mowbray might play him as a winger. -

I think Dolan will be Povedas replacement. If we are to sign a new player, I would prefer a defensive right full-back. -
He looked like another of the new breed of full-backs, looks good going forward, but not a very good defender.

A young coloured lad, not sure of his name, he went off, with what looked like cramp, to be replaced by Pike.

A strange game tonight, we lost to Arsenal 2-3. Arsenal were 0-2 at half time, but we were not out of the game. Midway through the second half Arsenal had a man sent off for a deliberate handball. we pressed and eventually got back to 2-2. We then proceeded to miss loads of what seemed sitters. Then we lost to a suckerpunch near the end. With the last kick of the game, Pike was sent off for booting one of their players. It was silly and maybe was down to frustration at not being in the starting eleven. A mention also for Pears in goal who pulled off a few good saves. Despite the score it was again, entartaining.
