No, what I think, from what I have seen so far, his attributes would suit a club that isn't Blackburn Rovers.

A wing back has to be able to defend, Bell upto now has shown no ability to do this.

Sparks might mean Dack is one of the two forwards -
If you cut down the amount of shots the opposition has the less goals you will concede. A commanding keeper will help with this. A shot stopper may not.

I suppose the thought process is, if you command your defence and box, you don’t need to be such a good shot stopper
