Dolan got the ball on the half-way line and ran towards the Sheff Utd defenders, he knew he was neither skillful enough, or fast enough to beat the defender, so he hit it aimlessly into the box, and Sheff Utd regained possession.

The pissing around at the back might be a reasonable tactic if you are winning, but I can't see what is gained when the team is losing, or even drawing. I presume the idea is to draw the opposition forward and create space behind. Our problem comes from the fact we have no-one capable of exploiting these spaces.

The U21s play the same style of football as the first team. I doubt Gueye would shine there.
