Dyche/Farke both are absolute no brainers. Irrespective of where they have managed in the past, there is no way you could turn down either, both represent probably the best chance of moving the club forward to a significant level. None of this 5 year journey bullshit that leaves you only marginally further on than when you started. You'd be mental to turn either down.
