Agreed, this is a different situation due to the position we currently sit. Obviously we should be doing everything we can to capitalise on the chance we have right now, so selling BBD in January doesn't align with that. Overall though, I do believe that's how we should be operating, it's a cop out to say "the Brentford model" but essentially that is it. Our set up hasn't been and probably still isn't good enough to operate in that way though.

Not sure we'd have any other choice but to sell for that. The idea, surely, is that we buy players to sell for a profit further down the line? Use the profits to be compliant with FFP and reinvesting/improving the squad.

Yep, definitely need these 2. Any chance of shifting either Johnson or Davenport out should be looked at as well (although, very unlikely to get rid of either), if they aren't going to be used/not good enough.

I honestly think Mowbray believes anyone can play full back. At right back alone we've had: Nyambe JRC Gallagher Buckley Lenihan There will be others, that's just recently off the top of my head. The only one in that list that's remotely capable is Nyambe.

A loss was inevitable but it's the manner of the loss that has got me fuming. Changing the formation set us off on the wrong foot . JRC wasn't ready Gallagher just horrific Mowbray far too slow to react, by the time he did, Hull bagged the second Ref was on the take or something, shocking decisions against us Hull wanted it more and we never raised our game/levels to match.
