Looking on their MB and info from my brother in law I believe they owe short upwards of 160 million. He is trying to give the club away with the proviso he receives 60 million and any new owners take on the remaining debt of over 100 million. Jack Rodwell currently on 70k per week which reduces to a 'mere' 42k per week in League 1. He refuses to play for them! They are arrogant pricks most of their fans. They call us a nothing club! Coming from them jeeze......

Wow, didn’t know it was that bad.

The only football club with worse finances than ours.

Hopefully not. We didn't need him in League 1 and we certainly don't need him in the Championship. I'd say L1 is about his level so once Blackpool's new owners come in maybe Uncle Gary will have some spare cash to give Lowey a new home.

I hope not too but he'll be a free agent and he's only made 9 apps for the Brummies (could have been injured a lot, I'm not sure) so I don't think he'll be getting a new contract.

If we’ve any ambitions of being a Championship club we need to buy (or loan) some Championship (or even PL) players not League One.

Armstrong on loan would be on my list because it looks like a good fit for both clubs and the player.

We need a right back (still), and we need adequate replacement for Evanshittingham. Tbf Evans has come good this last few games but he has been dire for large parts of the season.

Being really ruthless, a striker to replace Graham and a centre back to replace Mulgrew. Purely down to legs and injuries, it wouldn’t be one season too far for both, in my view.

His age will probably tempt some to offer him another year but I’d rather let Mulgrew walk away a hero. That’s said, I’d love to be wrong as he’s a fine leader.

Let’s just hope we aren’t approached by Jason Lowe’s agent/mum. We’ve not missed him and he can’t get a gig anywhere but we will still have the same stupid debate if he is even remotely linked.

Now we are back up he will definitely be putting the feelers out at the very least.

Whether Mogga wants him or not, I dunno.

    Out - Conway, Caddis, Gladalloverwin

Loan end - Antonsson, thanks but no thanks

Sign Chapman if a cheap deal can be done, it’s a risk but the potential reward is greater than the risk.

Try and get Armstrong back for another year at least.

Otzumer in on a free if we can (if not then Payne) along with Abu Ogogo on a free if Shrews don’t go up.

That would be a start for me along with a 19 year deal for Dack

I know you were joking (20 year deal, surely? ?) but giving Dack a new deal would be a good move. Not sure what sort of wage he is on but I’m guessing it’s not the going rate for a championship player (even for paupers like us)

He’s had a cracking season and it would be a move to ward off any potential suitors.

  5. Huge season for Sunderland next season. If the club doesn’t get sold, their current owner seems totally uninterested.

Not totally sure of the debts they have but I can’t imagine it’s small.

Its going to be a total rebuild for them in the summer with little funding but like us, probably need to be coming back up at the first attempt.

I do have some sympathy with them just because we’ve been through similar with awful owners resulting in league one football.

The boss music on 6, 7 & 8 is all great tbh. My favourite overall music score is 7 by some distance though. An incedible job considering the limitations of the PS1.

When driving around in the car on FF15 you can choose the music playing on the radio, which includes loads (possibly all) of the previous FF soundtracks.

7 is on it for sure B)

Is FF 15 good? I've only played 7,8 and 12.

I like it. It shifts away from the traditional turn based combat in favour of live. I think it works well.

I imagine you can pick it up at a fairly reasonable price these days (says without checking) so if you enjoyed 7, 8 & 12 then there’s a good chance you’d enjoy this one. Always worth hitting YouTube for a look at the gameplay as well.

@DE. & @Bigdoggsteel I’ve never actually sat back and looked at the monsters in FF7 too much but now you’ve pointed them out, there are some really strange looking things in there!

Bit late to the party with this one but recently started playing The Witcher 3, really enjoying it so far. Huge open world, many enemies, gear and quests. The work that has gone into this game is stellar, with the amount of lore etc. A truly great RPG. Picked it up in the Black Friday sale for £12, Game of the Year edition, absolute bargain.

I’m jealous. One of my favourite games. It’s absolutely class.

The only let down is that Geralt gets laid more in that game than I do in real life.

I’ll Ill be playing it through again, once I’ve done FF15 again.

Operation Brush under the Carpet will be discussed as to how best overlook/ignore this irritating problem until such time as they are no longer expected to do anything about it.

The moment Wolves get promoted to the Premier League it ceases to be a Football League problem and they can stick the file in a drawer for a few years until it comes round again. If they ever find Wolves guilty of anything a quick couple of million fine, paid by their billionaire owners, will send the problem away.

I can understand why they were brought in but already within a few years we've had numerous clubs escaping punishment despite obvious breaches of the rules.

My gripe isn't so much with the rules but with the fact that they couldn't wait to come round and put us under a transfer embargo which Rovers meekly accepted despite obvious attempts to comply and yet bigger rule breakers who buy their way to promotion and spend much more than we did escape unscathed.

QPR are still managing to avoid punishment years after cheating to get promoted. Leicester have recently accepted a fine of a couple of million quid which is nothing short of a joke considering the money they've pocketed from being in the Premier League and splurged on players. Wolves will be similar.

Its ridiculous that the Premier League and Football League operate on such different systems. How clubs can be subject to one lot of rules and one governing body then get promoted/relegated and face a different set is stupidity. It should be one body, setting one list of rules, enforcing those equally between all clubs regardless of what league they are in.

As it is it will be bye bye to Wolves and probably Villa after splurging massive amounts on players and no punishment ever appears.

I think QPR did get fined, could be wrong but I thought they basically ended up selling a player for like £8mill and then getting something like a £6mill fine.

The EFL Board will discuss on Thursday whether Wolves are breaking the league's strict rules on third-party ownership, Sky Sports News understands, with Championship competitors believing super-agent Jorge Mendes' role at the Midlands club represents a conflict of interest.

Mendes works closely with Fosun International and represents head coach Nuno Espirito Santo, winger Ivan Cavaleiro, midfielder Ruben Neves and forward Diogo Jota.

Wolves, who currently sit six points clear at the top of the Championship, are adamant they have not broken any rules.

EFL board to meet to discuss how to divide up the contents of a brown envelope  if Wolves have broken any rules.

Did anyone do that for us?

Rowett doing an epic job at Derby. I didn't even notice them sneaking up the table. Birmingham's sacking of him up there with Venkys sacking of big Sam,arguably worse. I would say their fans are fuming.

It was laughable (and very dodgey) on Birmingham’s part to sack Rowett.

Seems to me like an agent had some influence bringing Zola in and it backfired spectacularly.

Sadly, they still managed to stay up at our expense and now we’re slumming it in league one.

Very good win today. 5 games won in a row.

Mowbray has them playing and full confidence.

Dack is the best player on the attacking side. Mulgrew is our leader and our top scorer.

According to 2 fans at the game that Tomlinson was good and Whittingham was far too slow in possesion and not helping Dack.

Just read the match report and i was very pleased to see Tomlinson got 45 mins in.

Even better if he played well!
