Two nasty teams here.tonight. Lots of missed red cards
-
Name one of the dozens that Spurs payed 2Million for
-
He is still valued at around his release clause of 2M. Spurs had offered 3M until the release clause was magically leaked.

His transfer value has dropped since leaving Rovers. Greedy Spurs thought he was going to be a superstar so 2M was peanuts for them. They have mismanadged his career and i do believe he would have been a better player now had he stayed with us. I don't blame him for going to Spurs but if you told him that he would end up at Plymouth or Stoke i'm not sure he would have gone.

That season the teams with pp Bolton finished 7th us 17th and Wolves got relegated. The difference in finances now is off the chart

Real Table top 4 1. Parachute payments 2 Parachute payments 3. Parachute payments 4. Sunderland So well done Sunderland
-
Not Interested. What's point in putting in that performance when you've pissed the season away

Maybe give Jim Iley another chance too -
Luton being relegated would actually be better for them. They will get their first parachute payment and won't have the financial restrictions of the championship. A bit like what Birminham have done. If they do go down expect them to win league 1 by a record points

You'd put up with a season that Southampton have just had?
-
Only 2 years if they come straight back down and they get nothing for this season.

VI "I'm not going to change things. Maybe a tweak here or there" How about a complete change of system based on an 'improved' showing against a dreadful Derby team that we managed to lose 2-1. The system wasn't working against an equally dreadful Stoke team but VI refused to change it. No cohesion, no urgency, poor pass choices, no direction the players look like they have just met. Not really looking forward to the rest of the season -

Can managers stop saying that they will learn from displays like today. You never do.!! -
Or they should rename it The "Champions, runners up, third and fourth maybe fifth plus the winners of the other Uefa Cup" League

This weekends games are nearly all top half v bottom half

Did Eustace leave Rovers because he was in danger of getting us promoted. -

Derby like ourselves seem to have an unusual amount of hamstring injuries. I wonder why some clubs seem to have lots of these types of injuries yet other clubs seem not have any -
They are not in so did Rovers understand the qualification process. Anyways we play Charlton away in the last 16 I do feel a bit sorry for the Academy lads and manager. They seem to get a few pastings when a change of style is forced on them. When they start getting to grips with it. Boom a new manager and a new style so more pastings. Hopefully the Ismael change has less of an impact as I think both teams (U18 & U21)are on the up

Rovers defence is too slow to play a high line. We'll get murdered if we do
