  1. I don't get it. 16 teams qualify for a playoff. So if Rovers finish the initial phase in 16th and Man City finish 1st we play Man City. What happens if Rovers win. Do we play the next from top to go through or the next from bottom. Would we get a different draw than Man City would have got if they went through.
  2. but not for free in Australia where the competition is co located.
  3. Less than 7000 on for todays match Japan v Costa Rica. No public Aus TV broadcasts outside of Aus games.(A few more in NZ). I thought they wanted it to be an event to showcase women's football
  4. To play this style of football Friedel Salgado Henchoz Nelson Le Saux Dunn Tugay Ardiles Ripley Shearer Duff
  5. No they only play each other once home and away so the points per game difference should be smaller. If womens leagues were expanded it would mean more bad teams and less competition based on the way I worked it out Premier league2 {U21s) has a similar number of fixtures and they work out competitive North 1.19 South 1.4
  6. Odds for nest season Rovers 25/1 looks a nice price
  7. The championship is one of the most competitive across Europe. A good season and you can make the playoffs, a bad one will see you in a relegation battle. If only I knew the future
  8. The stats above from top down show the leagues you are most likely to be relegated from It also shows in reverse order the leagues you are most likely to finish higher in ( but not necessarily win)
  9. Its the same all over Europe France Womens League1 2.22 Womens La liga 2.133 Womens Serie A 2.05 Womens Bundesliga 1.86 Serie A 1.55 France League1 1.40 La Liga 1.30 Bundesliga 1.12 Womens leagues are the least competitive. It's not a reflection on the standard of football
  10. Least competitive leagues based on the points per game the winners can expect to get v the highest place relegated team. In order of least competitive to most competitive WomensSL 2.136 Womens champ 1.86 Premier League 1.71 Scottish Prem 1.71 National league 1.36 Championship 1.239 League 1 1.21 League 2 1.02 So well done league2 on being the most competitive league and shame on the Womens Super League for creating the least competitive
  11. Yet it was still better than chipping the ball into the keepers hands
  12. Totally agree 5 mins extra time. I was thinking more like 10. Ref took no action to stop Brentford's time wasting. Rovers dominated possession but lacked any cutting edge (sound familiar). Brentford comfortably coped until Philips was sent up to disrupt them. Anyway well done on getting this far
  13. Is the final streamed anywhere. Come on the U21s
  14. To be fair they raised a lot of money for charity after the hurricanes in Houston. After visiting Burnley it's only right they offer the same help
  15. My worry is these referees now rely on VAR to make correct decisions for them
  16. Every Premier league club will receive an equal split of the unpaid payments so around 4 million each because Burnley and Sheff Utd have gone back up.
  17. A Preston win would be better as the nobbers wont show up in the last game if they've nothing to play for
  18. If it comes down to it which would you rather have. A home game and 10 days to prepare. or seven days to prepare plus a trip to London. My point was that Sky determined this.
  19. Sky have also just given Millwall an extra 3 days rest before they play us.
  20. The same EFL that gives a transfer embargo when the transfer window is closed
