They are not in so did Rovers understand the qualification process. Anyways we play Charlton away in the last 16 I do feel a bit sorry for the Academy lads and manager. They seem to get a few pastings when a change of style is forced on them. When they start getting to grips with it. Boom a new manager and a new style so more pastings. Hopefully the Ismael change has less of an impact as I think both teams (U18 & U21)are on the up

Ismaels failures at West Brom and Watford are a major concern considering both teams had parachute payments. Wagner similar at Norwich. However both did better with less money

The top 4 are just more consistant I don't view them as being considerably better teams. I don't see the two that fall into the playoffs as being any more likely to win the playoffs. The rest of the teams vying for playoff places are all capable of beating each other. It's a poor yet competitive league, so not easy to predict.

When was the last time Derby where a better team than Rovers. Must be over 50yrs ago. Some commentators need to realise that the potential of Derby is based purely on population size. They haven't been a footballing force in most peoples lifetime
