Have to disagree with you there AS, obviously it is talking about how we are becoming more dependant on technology and machines and that one day they will become more intelligent than us and will take over. Anything else would be plain silly.
I haven't seen deliverance so I can't really talk about it, but saying superman is an allegory is an insult to any good allegory or satire that has ever been done.
I just said it was a possibility. I have no idea whether or not Ferguson's comments actually meant that they had a serious interest and put in bids. Given the fact that no one has reported a United bid it suggests that they haven't. My point was that if they put in a bid they would stand a very strong chance of getting the players, as United always do.
True, but isn't he from Cincinnati and I think hewas getting at if they had a team there he would consider going back. Can't remember the exact quote though.
I think Friedel has said that the only way he would leave us before he retires is if an MLS team is created in Ohio, which for the moment seems unlikely. I think he'll finish his career here, who knows maybe we can get him to stay on as a coach.
I wouldn't rule out either Zambrotta or Cannavaro, while Emerson and Viera are both possible. I don't think Viera will care that much now about being the Arsenal man as he has gone somewhere else, while he may also want to prove himself again.
With the squad they have now, maybe. However, if they were able make their own squad, like he has, I think all "top" coaches would make a success of it and a lot of mediocre ones would as well.
Nice little preview.
You must have an odd version of FM though, you have Roberts being injured by Neill (who is then sent off) and Brown (as in our keeper?) scoring.
Certainly worth a poll, I would also be more inclined to buy though I have bought away strips in the past and will probably be buying this one. Perhaps something that BRISA could put forward to the club if we found that the majority were in support of it.
I don't think the game is that easy, but I do think that if you manage a club in the top flight you are able to take risks and not have to worry about the clubs future like you would in real life. This allows you to bring in more players than you really would and also sell more players than you normally would. If you are finding the game to be very easy I suggest going to the lowest leagues in a place where you know no players (or turn on the name changing option).
