So how much would you pay for a player to run down the wing hit a brick wall more than not and get the odd great cross in and the odd goal here and there. Difference here is CB has a 12 month contract to fulfil, a guaranteed wage, about time a player is not paid if he does not adhere to his contract. An employee can give notice depending on how high in the organisation they are probably at most 3 months, in general 2 weeks or a month. If you dropped efficiency you get verbal/written warnings then the sack. so no comparison.

I would not call Derby a better Job, gone for the money yes, Useless is getting players to keep Derby up, NOT a top six spot. I would also think Brockhall is much better than derby training facilities.

So how many matches did Brittan miss last season through injury, Middlesbrough flatter to deceive, no chance they will go up, Derby the same, if he goes to either tam it is only for money probably not that much more. Baath another year older, legs probably never going to be as good stamina wise, Weiman the same, yes they may be missed, however we now have some youth in the team, I would imagine 2 or 3 more players to come in, lets see how we do before all the doom eh.

If we get 1m as some say for JRC that's great business, JRC is a squad filler not automatic 1st team (my opinion)
