  1. Past hour
  2. Top post, same situation as me. I would have given up my ST had there been a formal and coordinated call for it previously, I was just waiting for it but frustratingly, it just never came. Finally, it has and I will observe the boycott, folk need to see the bigger picture to save the club for us and future generations.
  3. Some people (Rigger, J*B) have walked away for a long time. Despite my angst at the club, I couldn’t lose the social aspect of going to Ewood for many, many years as they have done. That’s why I’ve got a season ticket in practically every season of their 15 year tenure. If I thought not renewing would see their exit within months then I would, but not enough people would follow suit, so I don’t. I appreciate it’s a little bit chicken and egg, but I’ve not been prepared to lose years of my Rovers-supporting life. However if you really want to try and force change (Whether it’s just the people running the club or ultimately a change in ownership) then 1 game is not a big sacrifice to make. If there was 0 home fans in the ground it absolutely would work. The power the coalition would then be able to wield would but huge. It’s just how low can we get the numbers?
  4. What if your kid wants a 150th Anniversary shirt…😉
  5. Carey should have been given out on 72 but the Snicko operators got it wrong. They also got it wrong - again in the convicts' favour - when Smith was given out in the first Test Same old Aussies etc etc Catches win matches and England dropped another today, costing 80 runs.
  6. I will take my commission for that set up later 😉
  7. “Now on Radio Leeds…”Boycott On Christmas” - in which Yorkshire’s finest opening batsman takes us on a tour of his favourite Christmas markets…”
  8. There are… https://shop.brfcs.com
  9. …not cake available in club outlets though (burger van only).
  10. Don’t make them support Rovers then 😁😁
  11. No it isn't this season. However, alternatives vendors can be sourced for this years kit via google which was more my point and I completely understand not wanting to let children down, but there are ways you can have your cake and eat it.
  12. So yes go to games, but no to food and drink, but yes to merchandise… the famous ‘o-meter is in full flow here.
  13. I imagine even a four year old would choose the chance of a better future for the club over this season’s shirt.
  14. What about this, what about that? This obviously isn't an enforced ban on people spending anything at the club. No-one is going to be picketing the Rovers store. Just listen to what people are saying, for once.
  15. I made the choice 10/11 years ago that the owners and management aren’t to what k want so I go elsewhere or away games.
  16. Has anyone seen that Ricky gervais joke, aimed at social media commenters who have to be outraged by everything - its equally applicable here. There's a notice board in the middle of town advertising guitar lessons and someone goes up to it and rips it down shouting "BUT I DONT WANT GUITAR LESSONS"
  17. Of course it’s not, the post literally says it’s a classic shirt. If you keep being an idiot we will ban you.
  18. Not all. I made choice 2/3 seasons ago that the food and drinks options available arent to what I want so I go elsewhere or bring my own food.
  19. Dropping Khawaja when he was on 5, then him going on to score 82- it's this kind of thing that usually ends up being costly.
  20. I’m sure I remember Chaddy saying he wasn’t going to comment further on this thread 😁😁
  21. In that case, see the below post, and hoodies can be bought from numerous stores

  23. We are absolutely delighted to partner with Blackburn Foodbank to raise money for their Winter Appeal. BRFCS has kicked off started with a donation of £250 but Blackburn Foodbank have ambitions plans and so any help that any forum members can give would be gratefully appreciated by them. Here is the JustGiving page once again. Thank you.
