Not sure how Nixon can diagnose the requirement for surgery or quote recovery timescales unless he's VERY close to medical staff at the club. I would have thought surgery is pretty rare, it isn't a serious injury, just an annoyance.

Wouldn’t be allowed to train without ESC slot. Unless plan is for him to recover after surgery and get fit away from the club. But can’t see that happening. Better just to pay mofoumbi off

Think he can be both box to box as backup for Trav and also to Cantwell. To an extent also play as a winger. Spurs paid 8,5m for Lucas Bergvall from Allsvenskan. Henriksson actually hits better stats last season than Bergvall. a promising one this. Allsvenskan is a good league.

I did think Baradji would take that role, so maybe they see this guy as the right sided player we have been after.

Looking at clips, he seems able to come off the right to good effect., Allowing the full back to overlap, Id have him pegged as starting on the right, when everyone is fit, but also able to cover Cantwell

He's played central midfield mostly for his club, but seems very attacking. Seems like he can be back up for both Cantwell and Trav.

I assume this new guy plays in 1 of the 3 attacking positions, rather than 1 of the 2 centre mid slots. (Just guessing, I dunno for sure)
