Nah, what I'm saying is I wouldn't have been against it if they were going at least use some of the funds to strengthen elsewhere like up front... Because we have cover at CB. That isnt well stocked. Losing by far our best centre back with that mixture of injury prone, a full back and a young lad out on loan.

I think he was fine last season, but for me he's never proven he can step up if he doesn't have a better player next to him.

I wouldn't have been against selling Hyam earlier in the window because we're pretty well stocked at CB with Mcgloughlin, Wharton, Miller, Carter & O Riordon (if need be) but at this stage of the window... We know that money will just get pocketed.
