  1. Past hour
  2. Cashin is probably the height of our January business. The rest will be more crap loans
  3. Rovers would steuggle to get within £1m of that asking price!
  4. Can we deregister the Wankys too...
  5. A player doesn’t need to be on the squad list to play in matches during the winter transfer window.
  6. But why go if you aren't happy with the owners? Trying to make an Impact is surely the more proactive thing to do rather than keep going expecting things to change. Turning up during a boycott is just going against all the people that aren't happy with the club. Its aiding those who haven't stuck to honouring Jack's legacy.
  7. Always appreciate new ideas ans suggestions. Could you let me know your plan please?
  8. 2-4 months As players can be registered and deregistered at will whilst the window is open, its the obvious first choice Pretty sure Wharton, Carter, Forshaw, Tavares, Kargbo are all out for most if not all of January, so they will be the next ones unless sales (Gueye) are made
  9. On the contrary, I've just posted an idea. Just because it isn't your idea doesn't mean it's wrong.
  10. Depends how long he is out for.
  11. We have McCloughlin, Pratt, Atcheson, Miller, Pickering fit who have all played at CB sometime or other. One way of alleviating any issues back there would be to not play 5 at the back every single game no matter the opponent. However, if we are determined to keep the current formation we currently have one striker to cover 2 positions if you're going to refuse to play Tyjon and Gueye, and we arguably don't have a single player capable of playing either wing back position effectively with Hedges and Alebiosu absent. Now, if we pull in a couple of strikers and a wing back in before the Hull game I'll concede it's a redundant argument, but as others have pointed out we need to ship 4 or 5 players with likely few suitors out the door before we can do that without likely overloading our player budgets.
  12. As has previously been mentioned, pretty easy decision to deregister Hedges for now as he is out for 2-4 moths, followed by anymore who is not due back until the end of this month or the beginning of next
  13. This is a bit of a problem. We need to ditch somebody just to play the lad we already brought in. Obviously we will look to sell Gueye, but we need a new striker. So we need to ditch someone now, and we also need to ditch someone for everybody we bring in, even though some will only be loans. O'Riordan can't go back on loan unless it's back to Donny. I imagine Forshaw will be the one making way for Cashin to be able to play, even though they're not the same position and may give us a depth problem at CM. Either that or Pratt will be sent on loan, which I'm not really keen to see. Of course we have plenty of players we'd like to see the back of, including ones we only signed in the summer, but who wants them?
  14. wait until tomorrow like O'Brien, McGuire & Brierley 😉
  15. Just not willing to do anything about it!
  16. We made a signing! Woohoo!!!! They even submitted the deal sheet in time and everything!!!!! Wow! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
  17. Many fans do not feel comfortable being seen to be involved in some form of visual protest. These sort of things never gather any steam and are brushed off as a minority. If we ask those attending to do some form of protest then it really is a mixed messages. Please do not attend, but if you do show them you are not happy. Marches, banners etc all be done. All been ignored. This is definitely worth a shot imo. The Coalition have been really careful to appeal to fans and try and persuade, not to dictate or intimated. In all honesty it has been some of those who will not boycott who have insulted and belittled the coalition. The visual protest in the ground is empty seats. Can I respectfully ask you 2 questions. What in ground protest do you propose? Why will you will not boycott?
  18. Tavares is particularly crap but so is Garrett. No need for him to be anywhere near the squad.
  19. Eh? You don't think CB is a priority? With our injury ]list? Quite agree that were have other problems elsewhere.
  20. On the topic of loans I'd be on to Liverpool asking about Stephenson at Dundee
  21. I'd prefer an under 15 academy prospect to Tavares personally
  22. Had this conversation the other day with a mate of mine it went like this... "Do you ever look at a player and think... that's not your number?" I said like what #9 Gueye #9 Shearer ? And we both winced at the thought lol but yeah, those that have pulled on their respective numbers across the decades..
  23. Chelsea willing to sell Leo Casteldine for around 1million
  24. Excellent suggestion IMO. The two potential flaws in the boycott plan are a) it completely depends on action by fans not currently aligned with the coalition, and b) should it fail to be noticeable, it would be spun by the club as showing the coalition was just a splinter group unrepresentative of the fanbase. In-ground action by those who attend would negate both issues.
