gbax Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 I quite fancy a change of career, teaching is rubbish!!! Do you look like any of the Sugarbabes?

DavidMailsTightPerm Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 I would be happy with Allardyce. Between 2004 - 2007 Bolton didn't finish outside the top 8 and they qualified for europe twice and he had no money to spend. People go on about the style of football but as long as we win I really don't care how we play. I have mis-givings about appointing Big Sam - but not so long ago he was being put forward as the next England manager ! I agree that winning is virtually everything - and if we manage to finish top six next season everyone would be saying Mark Who ? My biggest concern would be the number of players that would follow MH out of the club. Bentley - difficult to see him staying anyway, without MH almost a certainty Warnock - already come out and said that MH was the reason he signed a new contract Santa - gotta worry that MH will come shopping for one of the bext Centre Forwards outside top 4 Nelsen - I would hope he would show some loyality - but another MH find Samba - interesting to see how loyal he would be Oiijer - strangely may pursuade him to stay Roberts - again may pursuade him to stay McCarthy - just waiting for an excuse to leave ?
Dunnfc Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 A nancy-boy then. Or a ponce. It works but not all the lasses like it i mean it can be a competition at times if your dating a "plastic".
thenodrog Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Even if he dosen't go to Man City or Chelsea i still don't want him as he was prepared to go to City than stays with us, thats disgusting, i know im still young at 17 but even growing up watching him in his latter days he was my hero and i wanted him here as soon as souey went and i was chuffed when he came but hes let us down now, so don't let the door hit your ass on the way out. TUGAY PLAYER/MANAGER!!!!! You may be disappointed but you don't need to display your immaturity so freely.
Dunnfc Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 jan ? She be like Souness with man management. He pre match and post match interviews would be good though.
Brownie Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 jan ? The betting on Betfair I reckon is as significant as Nicko's postings and he is still drifting quickly. He's gone from 1.32 (1/3) to 1.8 (4/5) in the last fifteen minutes. Methinks talks have not gone too well
Parasyte Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Perhaps a female manager is the way to go... Souness seemed to rant on about "Lady Luck" deserting often enough. If we tie her down to a contract we're made!
gbax Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 jan ? Well that ruined the image in my head of Heidi from the Sugerbabes! :-)

EwoodGlory Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Coming back down slightly, just rumours on the betfair forum, causing a stir.
LDRover Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 No but he will! A few England caps and they are off as fast as their legs'll carry em. Exactly. That's why I used to cringe when I heard the 'Bentley for England' chants. Either get injured on duty or play half decent, get their heads turned by their international team mates and eventually leave.
Parasyte Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Come on Nicko, what has gone wrong at Eastlands ? Is there a word limit on this board? Oh you mean tonight...

tony gale's mic Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 was just about to post the same thing. Shame its not betfair as we could have LAID for England on Souness
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Is that serious? They have surely copied the "Next manager" thread off here. (With Stevie Cotterill being a joke entry)
nicko Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Come on Nicko, what has gone wrong at Eastlands ? You have a lot to answer for, my friend...but anyway. Sparky is waiting on Chelsea coming in and they are not at the moment. This is quite bizarre theatre. Frankly, the more I think about it, how can Rovers take him seriously after he told them he wanted to talk to Man City? I can understand why John Williams told him to do one. I would have done the same. Part of being a manager is having good judgement. And that was one bad call. If Chelsea don't come in very shortly he will have to take Man City. I see no way that he can come back to Rovers. It's a shame, I thought he was a rational if not spectacular manager. Now he just looks like a desperate man and that saddens me.

S15 Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Souey left in a cloud of (his own) glory, unlike this clown....

Hi Mack Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 anyone listening to the management merry-go-round on sky sports news! well worst england manager ever?(mclaren) worst premier league manager ever?(jewell) or Fat Sam? bring on next season?
S15 Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 How is this situation different to Redknapp and Newcastle? Redknapp didn't call the worst bluff ever seen in the history of the world. Ever. He went to talk to a club he thought he might want to manage. Hughes went to talk to a club hoping another would respond by offering him their role. Fool.
