Pretty terrible human being, but an integral part of wrestling's two biggest boom periods. It's a shame that his personality ultimately ruined his legacy. It is what it is. I suppose he wasn't as bad as Vince, at least.

I’m not mourning Hogan because he was an arsehole. I’m mourning the bit of my childhood that has gone.

Remember my dad watching Smackdown with me once in 2003 and a Piper’s Pit segment came on. My dad liked Roddy Piper so started paying attention, apparently someone called Mr America was going to debut.

Then Hogan’s old music hit (unbeknownst to me) and my then 59yo dad ‘popped’ like an absolute child 🤣

A couple of days after Hulk Hogan’s passing, it’s now being reported that Mr. America has also gone missing.
