dunc Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 An interesting one here, could just be me clutching at (very thin) straws but, whilst watching the Wigan-L'pool game, the comentator mentioned that the game was a sell out and "even Roy Keane couldn't get a ticket". Why would he need a ticket at short notice for a game in the north west involving a team we play in a matter of days? Is he back living in the NW or is he here for another reason? Am I missing something about his recent spat with Fergie? Or are we contemplating a namesake? Perhaps Mrs Ds way out is by saying she'd employed the wrong Kean(e). Iknow this is me putting 2&2 together and probably getting 25 but we can hope. How bad is it when you actually think Roy Keane would be a decent replacement?! Not exactly set the managerial world alight but I'd still take him at the moment. Like I said, this isn't based on anything other than me just hoping and praying for anyone other than the imposter! I think the comment about Roy Keane comes from a story in last weekend's Sunday Times. Kean often goes to Wigan as he can turn up and get a normal seat and enjoy the game without being recognised (He wears his cap down low). He was turned away from the Arsenal game as he wasn't on their database.

steven Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 I am going to be protesting at the Sydney FC match tonight. I've just ripped off our bed sheet and am in a hardware shop deciding whether permanent marker or black duct tape is the way to go. Kean Out

Puffsan Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Never thought i would do something like this but i actually wrote an email to MGP where i basicly begged for him and the other senior players to stand up and do something, anything, to pull this club in the right direction. Probably wont happen anything but it felt good to tell at least one of the players that its not their fault, but that bald illegitimate, and that we are desperate for something to happen
ABBEY Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Speechless they haven't sacked him! I'm devasted
1864roverite Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 one look at the table says it aa. look at the points we should have and we are comfortablt top 9, with bollux in charge we are sunk without a trace.
Disillusioned Rover Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 3 more points for Sunderland tonight and an extra point for Wigan, teams are pulling away. Act now you bloody fools!

cmb211087 Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 This man is bulletproof. With the Stoke game being on a monday I would usually book it off work, not bothering now. Made my final loud protest last night and wont be going back.
Jansen is God Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 CryerRovers Andrew Cryer Club in limbo at mo - there is a split about kean at mo, see tmrws LT for update and my column on farcical situation Sounds familiar. Mrs D didn't sanction his removal before and it doesn't look like she will this time. So we're stuck with him then?! Can't say I'm surprised though.
Lurid Coat Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 CryerRovers Andrew Cryer Club in limbo at mo - there is a split about kean at mo, see tmrws LT for update and my column on farcical situation HAHAHAHA what else is new? I give up on this club. I knew something was horribly wrong when I didn't smash up my living room after losing v Sunderland, WBA and Bolton - my self defence mechanism has obviously kicked in. This isn't an intense love affair anymore. Venky's have destroyed just about everything that was special about this club - and this will be their legacy; they will be remembered as club destroyers. Someone who ruined tens of thousands of people's passion and love. Looking forward to 3-0 losses v Torquay and Swindon in a few years, if we even exist then. If the rumours about the financial crisis and points deduction in the Championship next year are true - and it wouldn't at all surprise me if they are - then God help us all. May their fast food chain "empire" crumble to dust.
2PAC 4 Blackburn Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 There's no split, the problem lies with them not having funds to replace him with anyone or even pay him off. Remember they still need to get Barclays 10mill sharpish!!
Andy Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 A split?! Genuinely - what is there to support keeping Kean in a job? Absolutely nothing. Disgrace.

You're supposed to be a role-model business woman - just when are we Rovers fans going to see your strengths? If ever there was a time to be strong, make the decision and whip your family into shape, it's NOW!!! The actions of your family are attracting the mockers in droves. Is that really what you want?
ChrisyG Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 I don't believe anything with regards Rovers anymore. So much bullsh*t is fed to ITK's and then passed on to us, it's bizarre. Another day passes by, another week, etc. Kean still here.
Roverall Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Blackburn-Mark-Hughes-set-to-reject-return-as-manager-leaving-Steve-Kean-in-charge-into-New-Year-article845255.html Jesus wept. Desai still backing Kean.
Gav Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 PLEASE OFFER MARK HUGHES A KINGS RANSOM TO SAVE US FROM THIS NIGHTMARE. HE'S DONE IT BEFORE AND HE'LL DO IT AGAIN.
Craigman Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Hughes to turn down Blackburn according to Nicko. Kean stays after Mrs D still backs him. My link
