What i don't get is that, Everton have four players over 21 in an under 21 side. I thought the main aim of these games is to allow youth to develop.

Vellios , Gueye - 22

Mucha - 30

Oviedo - 25

Lundstram and Green are going to be a crackers though!

Anyone out there watch the under 21's. I was impressed with Tim Payne during the Olympics. He seemed to have been converted from a striker to a very good midfielder. Anyone seen him recently? Would like to know if he looks like he'll make it.

We were 2-0 up and lost 3-2.

We were well in control and then managed to make a couple basic errors in the final ten minutes or so to present Everton with a win they didn't deserve. Fabio Nunes and John O'Sullivan had better games tonight but Forrester was fairly quiet against his old club.
