yoda
Worst penalty taker. At the time I was devastated after his two attempts but now look back and laugh! In a Beamo kind of way?

Rover_Shaun
Richard Brown was signed by Dalglish, I could've sworn. I just checked Wiki and he signed from Kettering. I seem to remember he played in the thrashing of Norwich. He did play in the 7-1 win Compared to the likes of Sean Curry and Paul Mc kinnon he was Lionel Messi. No player after 92 can possibly win this though Nathan Blake, Darren Peakcock, Ashley Ward and Steve Harkness come close
darrenrover
Is this thread designed to make us appreciate the players we have now? If not, it's a pretty miserable way to go over the club's history! Brian Conlon and John O'MARA also spring to mind! Regarding Beamo, other than his obvious attempts to rival Wilkinson as a number 10, my wife reminded me of his vanity and tanned legs after pre-season!
