Upside Down Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago 2 hours ago, Tyrone Shoelaces said: Not always. A seems to depend on whereabouts on the pitch you are. If it’s in your own half sometimes all you get is free kick. Sometimes nothing. Just shite officiating as per usual. A professional foul is a professional foul and should always be treated as such. Like diving, it would be eradicated in a weekend if the refs applied the rules. As with everything, it depends on what badge is on the shirt of the player that's committed the foul as to what the decision will be. Quote
roverandout Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Was always going to happen when we keep missing chances Quote
London blue Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago (edited) The early miss was criminal. No panic though. Spain have been good but not great, this is within grasp Edited 6 hours ago by London blue 1 Quote
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted 5 hours ago Author Posted 5 hours ago (edited) If it was a boxing match they’d stop it. They’re playing the game with all ten out field players in our half. When we win the ball we’ve 75 yards to run. When they win it they’re in the last third. They fitter, faster, winning most of the 50/50 balls. We look tired. Playing James was a bollock, she was obviously not fit. The coach will have to earn her corn now. Edited 5 hours ago by Tyrone Shoelaces 1 Quote

You don't stop a boxing match with one boxer winning by a round or two after 6 rounds. James starting was foolish. Certainly need to get higher up the pitch but there's plenty to be played. 3 Quote

London blue Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Absolutely, would have been Hemp off for me, she looks spent. Does a lot of defensive work though. Bronze down is bad news. Absolute warrior. 1 Quote

London blue Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago That was fucking brilliant. Incredible display from Hampton How anyone can watch men's football and proudly declare they have no interest in women's football is a fool if you ask me. 5 Quote
