oldjamfan1
I watched someone die from pancreatic cancer, it is a bastard of a disease. Vialli was the same age as me too, so way too young to go. He was the type of player who transcended club rivalries. RIP Luca

chaddyrovers
RIP Luca One of my favourite PL players and always people liked him. I remember watching him for Juve in the early 90's on channel 4 watching Italian football on there. Edited January 6 by chaddyrovers
Tyrone Shoelaces
I used to have a Sampdoria shirt like the one that Vialli wore when he was with them. I wore it for playing 5 a side. It was made from quite thick cotton and you sweat buckets in it. I always thought it was a strange choice of material for playing in Italy. There used to a shop in the Arndale in Manchester that sold replica shirts from all over the World. The choice came down to the Napoli “ Buitoni “ shirt and the Samp “ Phonola “ one. Later on I got a Flamengo shirt. It looked great but the material made you stink of sweat.
